My family was going on a week without hot water! I took a chance and decided to call RW. I spoke with Joy, told her our story, and she set us up the next day with an appointment. Less than an hour later, she called back due to a cancellation. Todd came over, along with Miguel, and immediately got to work! Todd advised us of the problem, got in touch with the manufacturer, and the result was us getting a new tankless water heater because we were still in warranty. Todd and Miguel were here the next morning (this morning), to take out the old heater, and replaced it with a new one! The fee for labor was very reasonable. My family and l are very pleased at the level of professionalism, and knowledge displayed by Todd and the front office. Thanks again RW! 😊

Summer of 2021 my ac unit died. RW was out and installing a brand new ac unit within a few hours of my phone call. Great pricing, great customer service & they worked with me on a payment plan. This summer, 2022 Mr.Dwayne & Mr.Lee came out to clean the ac unit. They arrived exactly on time, very nice and courteous. These men went above and beyond to get the job done. Explained everything they did and did it in a timely manner. Will not be using any other company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars all around!

They went the extra mile to get a technician to my house within an hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

It took 3 visits to fix our issue, but they wanted to do it right. On the 1st visit, I think he realized it was a bigger problem than he anticipated. On the 2nd visit, he brought an extra person to help the job go faster and then realized it could be a wiring (from the attic) issue and would need a skinny person to fit in the tight spaces in the attic. On the 3rd visit the skinny person came, but they wanted to check the outlets again. One of them asked if there was an outlet on the outside (on the back of the house). When I said I thought there was, the main guy went outside to check that outlet and discovered that ants had taken over the outlet and burned it. So I'm glad they wanted to be sure before going into my attic and replacing wiring. They were very thorough and explained everything to us.

This happened in April of 2019, it is currently April 2025 and I still tell people to avoid RW Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical when asked for a recommendation, like I did today. My experience was THAT bad. I hope they hired more professional technicians since then, but looking at more current reviews, I doubt it. Looks like even the office staff lost any sense of professionalism as well.

The office staff was extremely friendly, however the service technician who came was rude and unprofessional. When making the appointment with the office staff, I stated that it needed to be in a certain time frame because I had to leave at 3pm. They scheduled the appointment with plenty of time to do the work, however the technician was an hour and a half late. I met him in the driveway, to ask if he thought he still had enough time. We made eye contact, then he proceeds to tap on his phone for another ten minutes. I’m literally just standing there waiting for him to get out of his truck. He finally opens the door, I’m standing five feet away, and he doesn’t make eye contact or speak, and walks to back of his truck to grab supplies. I’m astonished at this point so I say “Hello???” and he turns and pretends to be surprised by my presence, LOL! I ask him if he thinks he can do the job by 3pm, because I have to leave. He gets back on the phone for about 5 minutes, I’m assuming with the office staff, then finally says “No, well have to reschedule”. I tell him no thanks, I’ll find someone else to do the work. The woman at the office apologized profusely, but I will never use this company again. I called Mitch Wright, and they came out on time, and did the job perfectly. Their technician even let my 4 year old “help” and was super sweet and friendly. I would NEVER recommend RW to anyone.

Free estimates. Sympathetic, caring, knowledgeable, helpful suggestions. They are friendly with an excellent attitude and they suggest the cheapest option with the best quality of work to get the job done successful.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from RW. The gentlemen who can out were very knowledgeable of the problem we were having. They quickly and affordably got our ac unit working again. We Highly recommend them.

Made the call for service and they were able to show up the next day. Had to have a new system and it was installed the same day. Five guys showed up around noon, they promptly went to work removing the old system and had the new one installed and cooling by 4 PM. All the guys were very friendly and professional. Our A/C had issues last night and I called RW Heating & Air at 8 am this morning and they were able to send a tech out the same day, which was a blessing. They said their tech would arrive between 12-2 today but he actually arrived earlier then the stated time. Lee was professional, knowledgeable and courteous beyond belief. He even got stung by a wasp and he continued to work to get the job done! They have earned me as a return customer and I highly recommend them if you need any type of work done.

These folks took a call for an appointment after hours, were very kind, and showed up promptly the next day. Lee was absolutely the best HVAC tech I’ve ever met. He was quick, intelligent, personable, professional, and forthright with any and all information. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with HVAC.

Shawn was really great. Came in and got to work right away and fixed the blockage in our HVAC unit in 20 min. Highly Recommended

I had R&W come out and do a spring checkup. Ben was very professional. He went over everything they checked. I was very satisfied with the service. I will use them again.

Legit one of the fastest responding companies I've ever heard of! It's NOT uncommon for them to get a complete system installed the same day you call, as long as you call at a reasonable time (Prob by 10am).
They have the manpower & the equipment ON HAND, at their shop, which certainly speeds up the process.

Folks can say what they want, RW is reliable, & they always show up & show out! DAY OR NIGHT. Gotta give them props where props are due!

Attempted to schedule appt with electrician to add lighting to Juniors Eatin House parking lot. Repeated scheduling conflicts on his part resulted in seeking another company. Phoned RW on Friday scheduled time on Tue am and they showed up like clockwork! Not only that BUT they actually pointed me in the direction of the utility company passing on the opportunity to make an easy dollar for themselves. That honesty is more than enough to call them again when the need arises and I strongly suggest you consider the same. Would rate them 10 out of 10 on this experience.

Our air conditioning went out and I called RW they sent Shawn. He was to arrive between 8 and 10 AM and he was here at 8 AM. He reviewed and looked at the unit diagnosed it as being dead on arrival contacted his office and a crew was out here by a little after 10 to replace the unit. Zavian and Matt had the unit replaced by noon. They also added a UV unit. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Best service I think we have ever had from a company!!!

Stay away from this company. They can't repair anything. Just want to sell you a new product at triple the price. Fortunately, I got another opinion before they gouged me twice. Got burned once. No more.

RW Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical is a company that I feel comfortable recommending to others. Our experience with them is that they are honest and care about their customers. Prices are fair, and they don’t “find” those non-existent problems that so many other companies try to do. Employees are polite, helpful, and respectful of your property.

James was very professional. He was respectful of us and the animals inside and out. He tracked down the problem and where the water was coming from. Since it was not a plumbing problem but a rain drainage problem he suggested what needed to be done.

Todd and John were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Glad we chose RW. Will use them again as needed.
