My a/c started malfunctioning on the 4th of July! I called the number expecting to get a voice mail recording, but I actually spoke with the owner who set my appointment for the next morning. He provided excellent service and at a reasonable price. He even called back later in the day to ensure my air was still working.

I was impressed with the services that Dr. Cool & Mr. Heat performed. My house was like a oven. When I called, Mr. Rodgers came that same day to look at the problem and the next day EARLY morning him and Mr. Webb did their thang! They got me hooked up with new unit and coil. Later I observed their work and notice water leaking. I called them back and they wasted no time to come back that same day to fix the problem. Now our home is back to being cooler, comfortable and relaxing. I thank you for helping me and getting A/C back in this house, especially with the weather temp is 100 degrees. I recommend everyone to use them for your hvac needs. Thanks again. ❤️

I was pleased to find that after being dissatisfied with other companies I've gone with, that Dr. Cool and Mr. Heat services was able to rectify my issues and get my system back up and running. It didn't take long after my first call before they were at my home and getting my fixed up. I would definitely recommend!

These guys do a great job. They were courteous and professional. Kedrick explained all my options to me and then offered his personal recommendation. I took his advice. I got a new install, and haven't had any problems. Kedrick even called about two weeks later to check in and make sure my air was cooling. He did a great job!

This company was referred to us by a co-worker as our A/C unit was not cooling. Kedrick was able to assess our unit the same day we contacted him. He was able to tell us exactly the issue and the next day he had the unit repaired. We would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Mr. Cool and Mr. Hear responded to our needs immediately. I had two new units within 24 hours. Actually, I had three. They noticed that my heater wasn’t working and they got me a new one. To my greatest surprise and pleasure, they have checked on us and our units regularly. This makes me feel good. It shows that they really care about their customers and the we, customers are more than just a job.

This is my 2nd time in 5 years calling Mr Kedrick. He has shown up the same day and got my AC right both times in no time. Price is much cheaper than other places I’ve called. Definitely recommend this place!

During the 1st winter snowstorm of 2024, I called Dr. Cool & Mr. Heat after my heater stopped working. The Technician definitely went “above the call of duty” to accommodate my request. He drove across state lines in the snow to pick up the parts needed to repair the furnace and installed a new thermostat. His communication skills were excellent, and his pricing was fair. I will definitely use this company for all of my future needs. I would also gladly recommend this company. 5 stars for sure! Thank You!

Their responsiveness is not good. Had a fleet of service vehicles at one point. Now it’s just the owner and he unfortunately can’t keep up with customer demand. Had to call someone else to service the units he sold be due to lack of communication, response and resolution for intermittent warranty issues

The tech that came out to to replace my unit through choice home warranty didn’t know my husband was an old hvac tech. The tech that came out didn’t acid flush my lineset from where I had a burnout. He also don’t recover the Freon(EPA was notified) he then installed a new cond without ever pulling a vacuum and didn’t install a liquid line dyer or change the R22 piston To a 410a piston. Idk if the tech was new to the job or just lazy.

Great guys, they do solid work and I’ve never had a single complaint. We have built 4 houses in the last 10 years and they have done every one of them.
