Very professional, on time and fixed my unite in a timely manor! Has my heat up and going in no time! I will be recommending them to everyone that needs HVAC work! Thank you Shawn and Matt for doing an excellent job!

Called them last Friday in need of a tune up for my air conditioning units. Customer service rep was very nice and promptly booked me for the following Monday at 8am. Monday received a text with my technicians picture and a tracking link to see where he was in transit to my house. When my technician arrived Zavian and his assistant were fantastic. Walked me through what they were doing and kept me updated each time. Finished in an hour and replaced a wire I had faulty on one of my units. R&W are fantastic, their pricing was very affordable as well. I will only use them going forward. I cannot recommend them enough.

Everyone was kind and courteous during the installation of the central air and heating unit. Everything was explained to us. They also cleaned up as they went throughout the day. If you need any work done, call them! They are honest and caring people.

They came out the same day i called for an estimate which was greatly appreciated. Shawn was very professional and cared about how i was using my heat pump. Waiting for an estimate on putting in extra propane lines for a space heater. Tbc

This company does not stand behind their work and charges absurd prices for work performed. They were hired to clean out the ducks of my home and dryer and did not do a good job with completing the task. EVERYTHING was we dont do that. They charge for literally every tool they take off the truck to service your home. Then instead if standing behind their work, they want to use every excuse in the book to not offer a refund. Even contacting vendors you have used after them which is NONE of their BUSINESS. They allow secretaries who answer the phone to make decisions that the owner should be making as it is his reputation on the line. HIGHLY unprofessional in how they treat customers! I will never use them again! He didnt just change a light bulb here. He used a light bulb to check on a faulty electrical issue which was part of what he was here for. He verified that the light did not have an electrical issue that could have been related to the issue with the dryer. Please dont deflect! You failed to service my home appropriately.

First, I want to start out by saying how very professional both James and John were. They were very patient. They came in and assessed each ceiling fan and started to work immediately. They let me know if they incurred any issues which they did in my kitchen and they wanted to make sure that they provided safety First. A safety precaution rather than just do some work and expose me to any unnecessary issues. I just want to want to commend them on a job. Very professionally done on today. I have referred them to some other individuals that are on American home shield as a request for future work.

First visit and dealing with RW Heating & Air. Shawn was great! Honest, professional, and very helpful. I went from a new customer getting my furnace (sorry, I'm from Pittsburgh originally!) checked to a new "member" who feels that RW is where we belong! A+ for Shawn!

They did a wonderful job fixing my water heater and leaking issue, and I commend them for being able to lift an entire water heater and carrying it up the attic. Thank you Todd for the great work and thank you RW for making it an easy process!

RW Heating replaced our old central unit with anew high efficiency unit last fall. They were professional, very conscientious and did an excellent job at a fair price! I would highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of R&W for over 12 years, the owners I bought my house from use this company. They did a excellent job for them so I decided to try them.They have been great! I’m not from Memphis and have really struggled to find trustworthy and good people to do work at the homes I bought here. R W has really been a blessing. The scheduling people are friendly and helpful. All the technicians have been friendly, professional and have always done a great job. I’ve used them for multiple projects including complete furnace and AC replacement as well as major plumbing repairs. They have done a great job on everything they have done for me and have worked with me to try to make it as inexpensive as possible. I continue to use them as my HVAC and plumbing contractor and would highly recommend them for anyone in the Memphis area.

Had him out twice to fix my mother's HVAC. First time was a cap, second time the motor died. He did warn me that the motor was on its way out when he replaced the cap.
Very friendly and very reasonable price for both issues. He also came out same day for both!

R and W are the best. My air conditioner went out and after trying everything I thought maybe wrong with temps of 85-90 in the house. I called and they gave me an appt right away and James the technician was there right on time. We have had no air for 3 days but he was so reassuring that he’d get us up and running as soon as he could. . My unit is 27 years old and just no hope. He got me in touch with the office to try to work out financing for me and said they’d have the new unit in in just a day. They are some of the nicest folks ever and do exactly what they say they will do. Heat, plumbing, or electrical R & W should be your only call. They are the BEST!!

I asked the to come look at a historic home for me, not only did they show up right away , they were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous.

My air conditioner stopped working the Friday night prior to Labor Day! With it being a holiday weekend I couldn’t reach the company I have been using. It was HOT! After finding out the Tuesday after the holiday that I needed a new company to service my unit I started looking on line. RW heating and air was the first one to pop up. I called, the phone was answered immediately! The person answering was so nice and said she would have someone out within the next hour. Sure enough 45 minutes later the repair man was here. He was very nice and found the problem quickly and before 5 pm that same day he had my unit cooling and my home feeling much better. I had a very pleasant experience with RW Heating and Air and will definately be using them again.

The office ladies are always so helpful and professional. They always try to fit you in same day, and work with your schedule. The technicians are wonderful. Very time efficient and knowledgeable. Very personable. Nice gentleman.

I used RW Heating Air Plumbing and Electrical when my air conditioner went out on a holiday weekend. The person who answered my call was very friendly and helpful. They came out that day and quickly found the problem. He took the part that was not working in to their shop repaired it. Brought it back out and installed it Had the unit working within a few minutes. I would definately recommend them! I will use them again when the need arises.

RW Heating and Air have installed 4 complete hvac systems successfully while improving quality, delivery, and costs. Additionally, they solved more difficult issues with advanced technologies and sense of urgency. Highly recommend RW HVAC for residential and commercial needs.

We had issues with our gas fireplace and the technician James did a superb job. He was very pleasant and conscientious of leaving the area cleaned up.
The company was able to get parts required and have the issue addressed the next day.
Also the communication from the company was excellent, with appointment reminders and stating when the technician was on the way.
This was a great experience all around, We will recommend them to others and be a repeat customer if needed again.
