Watkins was easy to work with and did a very good job. They arrived as scheduled and were finished with the entire roof by afternoon. They stood by their word at replacing anything damaged (which was only a sprinkler ran over by a delivery driver). They were honest and we did not have any unforeseen costs. They may be a little more expensive than other places, but the peace of mind of knowing things will go smoothly and the job done right makes it worth it.

Watkins did a great job! They worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and made the project run very smooth. I would highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying watkins came highly recommended by my boss, so I did not do any research. Did not need to because I trusted him. When we moved into our home I knew we would need a roof. Needless to say I waited too late. I sent over info for an estimate, before the week was out Todd was at my house checking it out. I told them no need in trying to fix anything. I wanted a whole new roof. A week after looking at it Todd came back and went into full detail (which I really didn't need my mind was already set) and gave our quote! I said let's do it. Stephanie called for info on the phone so we can be financed. A little while later we were approved. I got called that our date was later in September. I called back and told Stephanie I needed this asap! She told me she would see what she could do but they were waiting on permit. A couple weeks later I got a call and she said how does August 30 sound. I said yippie. She kept me updated and made sure we stayed on track. I prayed everyday last week for the rain to let my roof get put on. Pedro was the first we met. He was professional and very nice. Then Andrew came and talked to us during the entire process. This company is amazing and made sure we understood every process. Btw love seeing a woman on the crew! My mother and father were roofers in the day! They started about 7 am and when i pulled up at 1pm they were almost completely done. Andrew had them precisely clean my back yard because we had a birthday party the next day. My roof is amazing and I love how caring and nice and professional everyone was. Highly recommend Watkins to anyone who wants a new roof. They are wonderful and amazing and even the roofing crew made sure they cleaned up everything! Then the pour came down!!

This is my first experience with replacing a roof in the Jackson, MS area. Words cannot express how grateful I am in having Watkins Roofing perform the task. Finally found a reliable company where people answer the phone not machine. I personally had four project managers involved in this project (Marc, Jeff, Waymon and Zac) all of which were timely, professional, knowledgeable, polite and willing to answer questions. In fact, Jeff represented Watkins at the closing on the property because the insurance company responsible for replacing the roof was so slow that it jeopardized the closing. Had Jeff not been at the closing, I’m sure the closing would not have occurred.

I received a call the day before the job was to start stating that the employees would be there at 7:15 AM the next day. They actually arrived at 7:00 starting to work immediately. A protective screen was secured around the entire house to protect windows and doors. All of the workers worked together as a team to complete the work. The job site was impeccably cleared of all debris.

I could not be more pleased with the new roof. Finally I found a company that goes out of their way to please. I have nothing but praise for Watkins. This is a company you can trust with your roofing needs.

This is a customer oriented company. They asked questions about what I wanted. They keep me filled in through text, phone and in person through the whole process. They even sent pictures showing each step of the construction. They were not low bid but I felt very comfortable with their representative. They obviously knew their job!

Watkins was helpful in dealing with my insurance claim from start to finish. The roofing crew was on time, professional, and efficient. They also cleaned up around the house throughly after finishing. Each team member maintained a high level of customer service as they communicated each step of the process and answered questions as needed.

We damaged our gutter with a moving truck while our house was under contract for sale. Todd came out immediately and gave the quote in a timely manner. They were able to coordinate installation with the new owners and completed to their satisfaction.

I had my roof replaced in Madison after the big 2020 hail storm. I always thought they did a good job, but the vent fan on my over the range microwave quit just after. I always thought the microwave was just a POS but kept it because it still worked fine otherwise. Well it finally quit heating food the other week and I bought a new one. When I pulled the old one out, I found out why the vent quit. Roofing nails and shingle scrap dropped down the vent wouldn’t let the fans spin.

Update: Representatives from Watkins reached out to me and said that customer satisfaction is extremely important to them and they wanted to make it right. They offered to reimburse me for the cost of my new microwave and sent me a check. The fact that they went out of their way to contact me and offer to do whatever it takes to rectify the issue shows that they really do value their customers.

Everything was great from start to finish! Michael and Zach were very communicative and engaged with our project! The went above and beyond for us. The crew was professional and kind. And the roof looks great!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. They made sure to explain what needed to be done and explained the breakdown of the price. Brittany, Stephanie, Johnny, and Matthew were the ones we had contact with. They listened and always returned text messages the same day. The work started at 7 in the morning and was finished by 1. Everything was cleaned and removed and we love the new roof. This is a great company with great workers from the office to the workers who put on the roof. If you need a new roof I highly recommend this company

Exceptional and excellent customer service from beginning to end. Jay and the Watkins team were very prompt and on time to complete the roofing project on my home. After Jay shared the before and after pictures with me, I told him that it looked like a totally different house!! The crew worked extremely hard from the time they got there until they completed the job. 5 stars is definitely not enough!! I would give this experience 10 stars!! Easily!! Thank you so very much Jay, and please thank the workers for me as well. I am so very happy with the end results, and my new roof looks AMAZING!!!! Jay was so kind and professional. The Watkins team did an excellent job and installed a beautiful roof with evident attention to detail in all areas. Everyone was friendly and competent from Jamie, who did the initial inspection, to Waymon, Jay, and Zac who were there for the installation and clean-up. We couldn't be more impressed with their work and would confidently recommend them and use their services again.

Watkins worked efficiently and rapidly to replace my entire roof in one day. They also showed great professionalism with cleanup after the job was done. Had I not been there when they were wrapping up I might have thought the shingle fairies magically replaced my roof. NOTHING was left behind.

Watkins did a great job on my repair and roof wash. Bryce notified me of all updates and when crew arrived and called to follow up after repair, and answered any questions I had. Would definitely use them again!
