I informed this company that my roof was leaking after completion when it was a hard rain. They didn't fix it until a year later when I called & complained again. Finally they came and fixed the problem years later. Also, this company was not allowed to get permits through my town. I did not know until it was too late.

Hometown Restoration representative met with me initially and provided an overview of the company and services offered. Throughout the process I was informed as to what will occur related to the selection of the roof as well as the installation and completion. The staff was here early working swiftly and completed the job within the allotted time frame as promised. I am pleased with the completed job.

Brooks and the team at Hometown Restoration were extremely responsive after I received damages from Hurricane Ida. On top of that, the staff there was more than understanding with issues that arose with my insurance company and willing to work with me.
