John and Adam were amazing. The nest duo in the game. Carpet looks amazing and I will be using them again !!

The workers were very polite and pleasant. The carpets are clean enough, but are wetter than expected. My husband had to moped the puddles that were left on the vinyl floors adjoining the carpets. The online appointment setup was very easy to navigate.

They did an excellent job cleaning our rugs and sectionals! Highly recommend!!

I was so impressed I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday for grout cleaning They showed up promptly and again exceeded my expectations. This house is an older house and the grout was really really bad and they got it looking like new couldn’t be more happy.
I recommend Stanley steamer for any of your needs very prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient!!! Don’t put it off calling you won’t be disappointed.

Carpet looked no cleaner than before they cleaned it. I had to go over it again with a Bissell cleaner. I felt like I paid for a wet dirty carpet. If you pay to get a carpet professionally cleaned it should at least look like it was professionally cleaned. When your home cleaner does a better job than the professionals then you’ve been ripped off. Not only did I pay Stanley Steamer to do clean my carpet but I had to do it myself anyway. 200.00 dollars down the drain.

John and Adam did a great job on my sofas. Like look new again. Everyone was pleasant and kind who I spoke with on the phone. And I love how they got me in next day after calling. Will definitely use them again

We have never used the air duct cleaning service before and maybe my expectations were too high. The house was new to us and very dirty. The previous owners had two large dogs and the return registers were full of dirt and dog hair so we thought it would be a great time to clean the air ducts. The staff was prompt and friendly, but after 2 hours of cleaning they barely collected a sandwich bag of dirt. A few of our vents are open because we are changing the covers and I never expected the ducts to still be full of dirt after the cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money cleaning ductwork. Apparently the dirt stays😩😩😩

Had 2 bedrooms and a stairwell cleaned that I was sure couldn’t be but the guys did a great job. Highly recommend.

The gentlemen that came to my home were very polite and I have no complaints whatsoever with them. However, I question the training they received and or the effectiveness of Stanley Steamer equipment. I am understand that they can not guarantee etc. There is a level of expectation when you hire a professional company. The result from this service was sadly disappointing. I saw little to no improvement on my floors. In the sunroom I noticed what appeared to be a bit of water. Attached is the photo of the paper towels I used. I’d say that my floor was not professionally cleaned, wouldn’t you?
