I made an appointment today and they showed up on time as promised. The staff was absolutely friendly. What had me reeling was the switch on prices. Originally, I was quoted $165 for a love seat, sofa and recliner with $2 extra for pillows, which was fine. When the serviceman got here, he measured my sofa and loveseat and said it would be $212 plus $35 for the recliner. I asked why the change. He said it cost $15 a linear foot and they didn't know this when he quoted me the price. This all would have been fine if when I had originally called, they let me know this. I could have measured the couches myself and had the real cost. Of course, I refused the service because I wasn't informed of the true prices. After the service man left, management called and said they would do it all for $165. He was nice on the phone and stated the policy again about $15 a linear foot, but stated he would make an exception because he wanted to make me happy. I thought that was nice, but at that point, I was too angry to accept. I'm writing this review to make sure others know that it is $15 a linear foot to clean upholstery.

Nothing but superior service every time Lee and his time are asked to provide their excellent service at our home. He and his team provide excellent work for an affordable price. Amazing work and he is an honest and professional business owner. I would suggest him to anyone for their carpet cleaning needs.

Was thrilled with the cleaning by ServiceKnight! As a family with two dogs and an infant, you can imagine the spills we deal with on an almost weekly basis. ServiceKnight was fast to schedule, incredibly communicative, and most importantly...did a stellar job cleaning our sectional. We also have quite a few rugs throughout the house and will be entrusting their cleaning to our friends at ServiceKnight. They will be our go-to service for any and all upholstery needs going forward.

Service was awesome! Technician took his time and got out stains I didn't expect to come out. My carpet actually looks brand new. Last company I used couldn't even compare! Price was also good. I will definitely recommend them to others and be using them again.

I've been using Lee's service for close to 10 years now. I have never had to call anyone else because his company does such a great job. Friendly, professional and superb carpet cleaning all the way around. The pricing is very reasonable and you won't see that from other companies out there. I highly recommend him to everyone. It started off great, the guy on the phone was super nice and I decided to book an appointment for them to clean my $550 Sisal rug. The service guy came to pick it up and told me it would be about a week before I got it back. The service was June 9th and it’s now August 8th and no rug and nobody has tried contacting me (2 MONTHS). The phone keeps going straight to voicemail, I have no clue what is going on. At this point I just want my rug back, clean or not. Using service knight has cost me over $500 since I probably have to re purchase the rug.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! This company is run by incredible people with excellent skills! They cleaned my carpets and a couch and not only are the carpets pristine now, but the price cannot be beat. Would recommend them a thousand times over, and I'm looking forward to using them again soon!

My church has a second building we use frequently for smaller gatherings and classes and we needed to have the carpet cleaned. I didn’t know who to call so I basically took a stab at what place to try.

Getting in contact with Lee of ServiceKnight was a breeze and he was very professional and accommodating. We set up a time for him to come out and give us a free estimate and allow him to see the condition of the carpet to tell us what he recommended.

We were pleased with the insight he had and estimate he gave and made the request to be placed on the schedule at his next open time and he made sure that happened.

His brother came out, on time and also professional, and did a tremendous job on the carpet! It not only looked amazing but it smelled that way too!

We called several carpet cleaning companies on Saturday and Lee from Service Knight was the only company to return our call. He was very professional and arrived to our home within an hour. He was able to clean our 4 bedroom home right before the final walk through for our home closing. I highly recommend Lee and the Service Knight team for service. We received great comments from the buyers about the cleanliness of the carpet. Thanks again Lee, you were a life saver!!

I hired them to do my duct cleaning. Charged me for $510. After the service, i noticed that my system still got trash in it. (Not totally cleaned), vents were brushed but dusts were just left behind on my floors uncleaned. I am not sure if thats just how they do it but for the amount they charged, i really expected cleanliness.

Our dog peed all over our area rug and couch. We are so happy Jeff saved them!! Jeff and his brother Lee are very nice, professional and great at their job! I loved how booking my appointment and paying the invoice was able to be done online. I even got text updates when Jeff was on his way to my house. We will definitely call them again and recommend this company to friends!

I have a 20 yr old Bissell that I haven't used in 7 years. I have a dog that no longer stays off my area rugs. I have a navy micro sofa that caught the winter's dirt from an opened windows under and around the stuff i put on the sofa. Adam and Reginald made the sofa look as though D'Noblin just delivered it. Area rugs are clean and the carpet ares in 2 rooms. When I pointed out the need of a little "traffic attention, they cheerfully addressed it. Stanley, made my day and worth the cost.

Adam and Larry did an amazing job. They were polite and told me about the additonal services they could offer such as deoderizer or if I wanted to steam my rug today as well .

I was very pleased with the professionalism and level of customer service I received. They took the time to explain everything and it went exactly as it should! I'm pretty sure my air ducts had not been cleaned since the house was built in 1995. I can feel the difference! I'm no longer coughing all the time! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
