Raney’s did an amazing job for us on multiple occasions. They turned our white chairs back into white chairs, and gave our barstool cushions new life. They also cleaned a wool rug for us. Their customer service is fantastic. We will definitely use them again! Highly recommend

Absolute BEST company around for cleaning!!!! Our dog peed on our new, expensive couch on a Sunday.... And Ryals (owner) was here within two hours and had a fabulous hose/machine that sucked all the yuck out, then washed it, sucked that out, then cleaned with an antibacterial solution. SAVED our couch (and my sanity!!). Absolutely recommend them for any cleaning, restoration, and more!! THANK YALL SO MUCH!!!

I made an appointment with ServiceKnight for them to come out and clean my two couches a standard size and love sofa, along with an area rug my appointment was for Wednesday May 25, 2022 between 9am-11am, around 11:30am I noticed no one had called or arrived for my appointment. I called several times before receiving a call back and was told that an "emergency" came up at 5:30 am that same morning so that they wasn't sure when they would finish with that job and therefore assuring someone would call me regarding a new appointment time for later in the week. I received a text message the next day stating that my new appointment was for Saturday May 28, 2022 for 9am-11am. Again, no one called or arrived for my appointment. Once I realized that no one was coming out, I did not bother to contact them regarding my second appointment seeing that they were unreliable. I as excited about having my furniture restored so needless to say that I was very disappointed in this company and with that I'm not sure about the quality of their service but their professionalism and reliability was very poor from my experience with them.

Lee did a fantastic job of cleaning dog urine stains and odors out of my staircase and landing!! Two weeks later and it still looks and smells like the day it was done! Excellent work and service, and a really nice guy, too!!!

Came within 15 min to give me an estimate gave same day service that had my carpets looking and smelling like new. Highly recommend using this company as they are obviously passionate about good/hard work and customer service.

Our brick floors look brand new! Service Knight was able to take off 20 years of grime. They were diligent in cleaning, professional and friendly. They also cleaned our neutral rug and ottoman which looks brand new as well. Our new year is off to a clean start! We will be using them again!
