Vic did a great job installing a brand new unit on one of my investment properties. Good quality work and equipments as well as excellent work ethic!

Vic performed our spring service on our HVAC units on 4/19/23 at which time he charged both units R410A refrigerant. On Wed 8/16 we noticed the temperature on the thermostats was increasing. We called Vic on Sun 8/20 and he said he would look at the units on Tues 8/22 at 2:00pm. Mean while the temperature in the house kept increasing and even with the ceiling fans on it was getting uncomfortable (we are both elderly). At around 2:45pm he calls and says he is tied up on another job and doesn't know when he will be by. I told him if he couldn't make it we would have to find someone else. He said something sarcastic and hung up on me. We finally were able to get someone but not until Thurs. the 24th. After a thorough examination of both units we were told the compressors were both shot with the reason being that the units had to much refrigerant in them and when the temperatures became extremely hot the compressors were unable to dissipate the excess gas. We had to have both compressors replaced at a cost of $2,700. Both units are running fine now no thanks to VIC!

Vic Raspa was awesome. If you're lucky you'll 4 or 5 techs like him in your lifetime. Fantastic work ethic, great attitude, knowledgeable and efficient. Replaced entire AC unit. Highly, highly recommended. Thx Vic.

Excellence, friendly and fast service. Was very impressed. I called to have refrigerant added to my mini split because it was low and was able to get cool air. Once the appointment was set. Vik from AirTek arrived on time, fixed my issue and now it's working better than when I first installed it. I am getting cooler temps than before. I will use AirTek in the future for any of my HVAC issues and will certainly recommend them any other companies.

Stop shopping around! Vic was amazing. He not only took the time to diagnose problems with the unit, he also let me know what he was doing and why he was doing it every step of the way. My elderly Father’s ac wasn’t working and I was out of town. We called late afternoon and Vic answered the phone. It was a very hot day in July. Vic went above and beyond by coming over at 7pm even though he had already worked a full day and then some. Vic fixed the problem and was fantastic. I highly recommend calling Vic if you like quality, friendly service from someone who goes above and beyond.

AirTek offers great Hvac service with exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them and will utilize this company again. My parents AC unit stopped working and being out of state it was quite difficult to find someone to repair it. The first few companies I contacted either never showed up or refused to go into the Westwood area of town. I contacted Airtek and he showed up and repaired the AC within an hour of my call. They also sent me an online invoice which allowed me to pay online from a secure website.

Vic from Airtek is very knowledgeable about all things heating and cooling and I appreciated his responsiveness in solving whats been an ongoing issue for me at one of my properties. He was comprehensive in explaining the challenges, proposed the best solution, and installed a 2 zone mini split...problems solved! I will work with Vic again in the future for my HVAC needs.

Mr. Vic is awesome! My AC unit outside messed up last night so I got ahold of him this morning and he was out this afternoon and fixed it right up. I literally couldn’t ask for better service! I would recommend him to anyone without a doubt. He does very good work with a fantastic attitude.
