My heater was acting up, so I called Desoto Air. Arrived in less than an hour, even with all the snow! Danny came in and figured it out quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

Our thermostat went out and these folks made themselves available to show up the very same day! That kind of service is hard to find. They were super friendly, professional, and even replaced our thermostat for free. You just don’t get that kind of care from the big companies — this is exactly why you support local business!

These guys are incredible! They came out in under 30 minutes even with the icy roads and did a better fix than what u originally asked for. I’ll be their customer for life.

Great experience! I called after hours (5:30-6pm) and was able to reach someone! I had called 2-3 difference places and never got an answer or got a machine, but with Desoto air and plumbing— I got someone on the phone right away and next day appt. Patrick came out and was so polite, showed me everything that needed to be fixed, helped me understand pricing and services and was so nice. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again! It is so hard to find good customer service these days and desoto air was an absolute breath of fresh air! From the phone calls to the actual work, I am thoroughly pleased! We had an outstanding experience with **Desoto Air**! When our hot water tank busted, Danny came out quickly, turned it off, and truly saved the day. His fast response prevented what could have been a much bigger mess, and we were so grateful for how calm and helpful he was during a stressful situation.

Desoto Air was back out here early the very next day to install our new tankless water heater. The crew was thorough, professional, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work area was kept clean, and the installation was done efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Desoto Air to anyone needing reliable, top-quality work!

This business is awesome. I called on Monday morning at 7am on a toilet we could not get unclogged. Spoke with Danny whom was very pleasant and said he could have someone arrive between 8am and noon. To my surprise Danny himself arrived 2 hours later... that's is what I call excellent service. Danny was here all of maybe 10 minutes and fixed the problem and did not charge arm and a leg...lol like some other business' I know. The cost was extremely reasonable.
