Thank you for your honesty more than anything! You gave me clear options that made complete sense to me spoken in plain English. I have a new AC/Heating service and a new friend Patrick.

Patrick, Steve, and Braden were great. Came for a late night call at a reasonable price.

Had a technician named Patrick come to my house. My compressor and fan were not running for my A/C system. Asked him to troubleshoot.

After looking it over, said that my compressor windings were not receiving power. Stated that he could look in his inventory and see if my compressor was in stock but recommended replacing the entire A/C systems as problems like this could persist in the future as my system is roughly 10 years old.

He did not look over any other components, clean any connections or attempt to see if there were any other issues with the system.

Has a second technician from a separate company take a look at my A/C System and he noted that the wires to my starting capacitor were cut that run to my fan and compressor. After replacing a 20 dollar starting capacitor the unit immediately turned on and began cooling my house.

This technician, Patrick, deliberately sabotaged my unit to ensure it would not turn back on and withheld information on common problems and solutions to attempt to charge for services that were not needed.

All he needed to do was change one starting capacitor that was less than 20 bucks and spend the 45 minutes to replace it. However, Patrick pushed that I replace the entire system sowing fear in dissent in the reliability of my current system that could potentially cost thousands of dollars over an easy fix.

I would not trust this company to work on your A/C system for troubleshooting. They will attempt to sabotage and upsell/charge you for services you do not require.

Man those guys were fantastic and swift and got done with everything in punctual time . I highly recommend using these guys for any plumbing needs

I had a great experience with Danny from Desoto Air & Plumbing. Our main floor AC unit has been out of service for a week. Within 30 minutes Danny had the air working, explained the problem and provided realistic estimates on future repairs that may be needed. The last company wanted $5500 to repair or $8600 to replace a 4 year old unit. Thanks, Danny and I will check out that TV show you recommended.

We had a pinpoint leak in our wall. We’ve been in our house for a 20+ years. We contacted Desoto Air & Heat.

Desoto Air & Leak located the leak and resolved it quickly. Their team was very friendly and professional. They communicated with us throughout the process.

I’ve used other plumbers over the years but we will use Desoto & Air for any future plumbing concerns.

Patrick and his crew were awesome! We had a pretty serious issue with our plumbing, and we were expecting it to take a while. Patrick did 2 quick consults before quoting us a very fair price on a good amount of work. His crew showed up 2 hours later and got it done. They were all respectful and polite. Warning!!!! I wouldn’t use these company they are a rip off.. they are not a true water leak detection charged 100 to come out to my house and use a temperature reader to find a leak under ground.. you have been warned..

Reply:: I did say some choice of words but before that I asked her did your company do a full leak detection.. she said yes it will cost 100 dollars and I was trying to explain what a full leak detection and she went around the world. Sweet is an word used when your wrong.. yea I was wrong to curse but when someone is dealing with problems with their house we don’t have time to explain YOUR job to you.. with the ending of this convo your business just messed this $425 I spent with bullseye.. customer service keeps your business alive and if you don’t believe me keep doing what you doing.

Called Desoto Air and Plumbing and met with Patrick who was not only able to replace my faucet that fell apart but didn’t charge me the consultation fee of $100 bucks. This was a great display of going above and beyond the customer’s need. I’m really grateful and look forward to recommending them to my peers. They have earned my business and my loyalty!

Called Desoto Air and within an hour and a half Danny was out to our house and getting our hot water heater replaced. Would recommend.

Patrick, with Desoto Air & Plumbing, came out the day after I inquired about their services. He showed up right when the appointment was set. He inspected my issue (a clogged drain pipe) thoroughly, even with the pipe camera, and kept me informed every step of the way. Though the end result was to inform us that we needed to replace drain pipes completely as soon as we could, he was able to temporarily unclog the system so my kitchen was fully functional again. I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness from the company and would recommend/use them again.

We had to get our disposal looked at and Luke was very quick, showed up within the time window and very friendly. Also recommended us to someone else about another issue all in all a great experience!

This company has stellar service and was able to prevent a crisis when another company cancelled a Friday afternoon appointment. We called at 4:15 on a Friday and they arrived by 4:30 in the pouring rain to fix our air conditioner in the August heat. They also replaced a leaking water heater for us a few years ago. They work with you on pricing and are genuinely nice people. A company I feel great about using and referring to my family and friends!

Woke up this morning to a very cold house of 64 degrees despite the heat being on. Made one call and they showed up 2 hrs earlier than quoted. Checked out the system and both thermostats and now I have a warm house again!!! Very professional, kind, and prompt. Thank you Steve and Braden.

Last year we had to have our AC unit replaced. Desoto Air and Plumbing were able to fix it same day and had a great team. We needed them to look at a gas line today and they came out immediately and were so helpful. Definitely would recommend them for any of your heating/air/plumbing needs.
