Was quick with response time and came to fix our Samsung washer with no complaints. Very fair with pricing and was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing appliance help.
Great service. Fridge was losing the ability to cool. John responded within an hour and pumped up the coolant to get the fridge back in shape. He also found the source of a leak and gave me an estimate to repair. He returned the following week on time and completed the repair, replaced a corroded high pressure line. Fridge is back to normal with no loss of any frozen food. Highly recommend!

I called yesterday and he showed up today, which blew my mind as usually in the past I've had to wait 1-2 weeks. He was very friendly and had my stove up and running again within 20 minutes or so. We had someone else look at it and left without being able to figure out the issue. I will 100% recommend giving Appliance Repair Masters a shot if you have any issues with any type of appliance. I called on a Monday morning and John happened to be near my house and actually stopped on his way through. He was training a young man named Tyler who did much of the work. I think he has the potential to make a great repairman. They diagnosed my issue, had to order a part, they called early on Wednesday, and had it fixed in no time at all. I HIGHLY recommend them. Friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious and reasonably priced.
