Bates electric was wonderful. They showed up on time and really worked to figure out the problem with our light fixture in the kitchen. We had another company come before Bates and they couldn't seem to really figure out the problem. It's all fixed now and we are thrilled. The technician ,Charlie, was great to work with and very knowledgeable! Will definitely call Bates Electric if we have other issues in our home! Thank you!

We had a generator interlock switch and outlet for the generator installed. Ian, our technician, was so great, thoughtful, patient and helpful. (He even brought in a delivery package for me that I couldn’t lift!). He took the extra time to give us a complete tutorial on how to use it, and what appliances and services we should and should not use under generator power. Fee was reasonable, work was professional, Bates handled all the permits…we couldn’t be happier!

Charlie came out to my home to help with an assorted punchlist of work. He did a wonderful job! He was friendly, professional, efficient, and made great suggestions to help me make informed decisions. Debbie was also super helpful and kind when I called initially. All around great experience.

Scott did an excellent job with our Generac transfer switch upgrade and new sump pump circuit. His attention to detail, and his desire to do a quality job, were evident throughout his work in our home.

Gil’s Electrical Service installed new EV chargers at our commercial property and did a killer job. They handled everything quickly, kept communication solid the whole time, and the setup works perfectly. Pricing was fair and the team knew their stuff. We have been using Bates Electric for years, and they never disappoint. Today we had Matt, and he was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. Bates has amazing customer service..from the person answering their phone, to the technician they send out.
