Plants are not well maintained. Many were wilted because they had not been watered. I found this twice when looking for plants. I had a gift card and so could not simply go elsewhere the second time, but it took effort to find a healthy plant in many cases. Hiring someone to water regularly would be very helpful.

I purchased three palms from them in 2020, and store the palms with them over the winter. Service has always been exceptional and my palms return healthy every spring.

Had them store my palms for winter & repot into bigger pots but not returned in good condition. Several emails back & forth but NOT satisfied with outcome. Will NOT use again!!

Driver came in WKF truck to deliver my planter. Dropped it outside. Didn’t say anything to me just picked up the plant and drove off. Comes back later in his personal car with a plant barely shoved into planter. Would you complain?
