I would recommend DeClue to anyone! I had a tree fall on my house and they were so quick to respond and came out very quickly! They were even nice enough to put a tarp on my roof from where the tree damaged it before a rainstorm to prevent further damage. Jeremy is really knowledgeable and very responsive. They came and removed the tree for me very quickly and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

Jeremy and crew came in to help my stressed Weeping Willow tree. First off he came to look and bid on the tree on the exact date and time they committed too. Secondly the did a fantastic job on the tree and the clean up was great leaving not even the smallest branch behind. And lastly they offer competitive pricing and incredible knowledge. Highly recommend.

Great Company! The price was very competitive for the professional work done! Jeremy was very informative at the time of the estimate and listened to all of our needs and the crew that came out was respectful and did a great job. The reduced crew worked very hard on probably the hottest day in July. The 60 foot Silver maple that threatened our house and deck was brought down in sections to minimize the risk.
Everything was cleaned up appropriately. Great job at a more-than-fair price. I'll definitely call them for future tree issues.

The trees in our yard were really overgrown and had some dead limbs due to storm damage. I was concerned that some of the branches might fall on our house or a neighbor’s. I called DeClue & Sons Tree Care, Inc. and I am so glad I did. Jeremy provided a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the work. In just a few hours his skilled crew beautifully reshaped the trees and did a wonderful job with cleanup! I really appreciate their approach to the care and health of our trees. Now I don’t have to worry so much about branches falling due to the Spring storms! Thank you so much!

DeClue did a brilliant job! Went beyond the call of duty. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I was concerned because I had.a busy schedule — but they finished in plenty of time, just as promised! DeClue did a great job of trimming our trees several years ago, so I called them again this fall to trim some trees. A large tree next to our house had a limb getting closer to our roof, and I wanted it removed. I also wanted some pine trees trimmed on the bottom to allow access for grass cutting. When Jeremy DeClue reviewed what I wanted, he took the time to explain what he would have to do to remove the limb, and advised me against cutting the pines too much. He explained what was needed on the other 5 trees as well, and sent me a quote.
When the crew arrived, it was 5 men and a chipper machine. They finished the job in very little time. I expect the trees to fill in and be much fuller and more beautiful, just like the last time they trimmed. I am very happy with the DeClue company.

Mike DeClue and his crew helped us out by removing a large maple tree damaged by a storm. They carefully took down the tree that was within a few feet of our garage and surrounded by power and phone lines. They did a great job and did it quickly! They showed up exactly when they said they would, were finished in record time, and cleaned up the surrounding yard and drive. They even took away a few bags of smaller tree debris that we had gathered up after the storm. Every member of the crew was friendly. I would definitely recommend DeClue & Sons!

DeClue & Sons Tree Care was chosen out of four estimates/bids that I obtained. They were second lowest out of the other reputable company's bids. I made the correct choice! Great communication, very professional team that dropped two huge trees in our very tight/small backyard. They were fantastic cleaning up after themselves when the job was completed. Highly recommend!! :-)

We have been using DeClue & Sons since July,2013 & in Feb. 2023, we had a tree removed, 2 trees trimmed of dead wood & 3 others trimmed to improve their health. We also had some ornamental grasses cut back as well as some seriously-overgrown evergreen hedges.

This is the FIFTH time that we have had this company do work at our home and at a rental property we own. I no longer get other bids because I believe that Jeremy gives an extremely fair price (and I HAVE compared his prices previously & with friends who had other companies do work). If I did not think that this was a good company I would not continue to use its services nor would I recommend this company to friends & other landlords who ask "Who do YOU use?"

Jeremy and his crew work well together, are safety-conscious, and are very courteous. They used a full complement of equipment: saws, pole trimmers, long-reach hedge trimmers, bucket truck, safety ropes, a chipper, and a sort-of front-end loader to haul huge, heavy pieces of the felled tree to the chipper. I actually enjoyed watching them do their work! The company is fully insured and Jeremy provides proof of insurance with his bid.

How did I first "find" this company? Answer: I was new to this area and just did a google search and read reviews. On the first couple of jobs I got several bids but after that I just called DeClue! Some of the photos are from the 2023 job and the others are from previous jobs. (Unfortunately, I wasn't skilled enough to put them in order in this post.)

They did a beautiful job! The crew left the yard cleaner than it was before they did the work! A couple of neighbors also commented on what a great job they did, and asked what company we used. I would definitely call again for any future work!

This is the second tree removal job DeClue & Sons did for me. l went back to them this time for tree removal, stump grinding and a trimming task because I had such good results with them last time. They again did an outstanding job to finish the job at the estimated cost and were very careful working in the yard. I highly recommend DeClue & Sons.
