I have nothing but great things to say about Timberline. The front desk was friendly and quick to find a time for Ben, the owner, to come to my property for an estimate. Ben was punctual, polite and very thorough. As a young woman, some company’s try to take advantage of that and say that more work needs to be done than is actually needed. That was not the case with Ben; Ben went over all the details and what he recommended for my property (including options of services and insurance). I received my estimate within 15 minutes, too!

I ended up going with a different company due to an already established relationship, but I had such a great experience with Timberline that I wanted to leave this review to help others!

The Timberline crew did a great job trimming and deadwooding our oak tree. Chris, Andrew, Pete and Ben knew what they were doing and were courteous. Cleanup was great too.

I had a small job... I was concerned that it might not be worth their time, but they showed up the very next day and knocked it out without batting an eye. Thank you very much, I'll be hanging on to your phone number!

These guys did an absolutely amazing job removing a twin stemmed hackberry on hill by power lines. They were courteous, efficient and took care of surrounding areas to avoid any damage. My new go to tree service provider!

Timberline used a lift truck to cut down a tree on a hillside that could have hit my house. They were very careful that no damage was done to my house and even used a blower to blow off the sawdust on my roof. I also had 2 smaller trees removed and an overgrown pear tree trimmed up. I am happy with the work they did including the cleanup.

Timberline removed a couple trees and trimmed two more trees for me. I am very happy with the work they did.

Called Timberline Tree Professionals to take out a few trees. They showed up like SEAL Team 6, and now my yard looks amazing, where the tree never even existed. 🌳💀

Very professional job on the removal of a huge gall infested pin oak. My neighbors were most impressed. And their price was the best of the threes quotes I had ( by far).

Timberline and Ben are great. I had a huge tree removed from the backyard. They were very timely and handled everything. They scheduled Ameren to come and cut power to do the work and then contacted them to turn the power back on. Seriously when they left the only trace of them here was the tree was gone. A very large black walnut tree with two trunks fell on our deck and house. It was so loud, it shook the house and set off the car alarm. I called Timberline and they sent a guy the next morning to see what the job would require. He had a crew who arrived that afternoon with a large crane. They completed the job, including removing tree trunks, fallen leaves, branches, wood chips and walnuts.

We had a very large tree in our front yard removed as well as stump grinding for a previously removed tree in our backyard. After receiving multiple quotes, we felt that this company had extremely reasonable pricing and we were already impressed with the way they treated us as potential customers. I will say they were much more professional and kind from the start than any other company we came in contact with. During the process, they took care in the way they handled the equipment in our yard to leave us with minimal work and worked with us in allowing our animals to take bathroom breaks. Every single person we encountered was kind and respectful. They even impressed my husband who is a diy guy and hates paying for any type of work to be done. So I think that sums it up. The two photos only show during the process. I don't have any before/afters.

We had to wait until fall/winter because of the type of trees we had, but Ben, who came out initially was wonderful about getting his bid in for a tree removal, tree trimming and actually trimming and getting rid of a tree branch and fixing the trimming the branch break to keep our tree healthy. The communication was wonderful and the follow up each time information was sent made everything feel easy. The workers knew their job and left everything beautiful when they left. No ruts or anything even though the work was on the side and back of our home.

We could not be happier with our experience start to finish!
I reached out and received a prompt response and was able to schedule a time to meet to discuss options at a time that was convenient with my schedule. Jason met with my husband and was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We received an estimate on the spot and were pleased with the meeting overall and price point. We were given a very reasonable time frame of when the work would be completed by (it was actually completed early!)
The day of the job, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman and his crew who asked if I had any questions before they began working. Partially through the process he communicated with me to ensure that I was happy with the work and confirmed the trim (if it matched our vision, if we would like more cut back, etc). They crew worked incredibly well together - efficiently, quickly, and thorough in every aspect - It was quite impressive to watch! Upon completing the job, the clean up was immaculate. I don't believe there was so much as a twig left behind! They let me know there were done, again inquired if I had any questions and confirmed that everything was to my approval.
We will absolutely be calling Timberline for any and all future tree care needs. Five stars... only because ten isn't an option :)

We informed modot their lot had trees in harms way in neighborhood. Timberline tree care came out n cleared the trees that could have fell on our house n the roundabout... They also rolled every trash to the trash truck since it was trash day ... I informed them was putting down our furry family cat spaz due to cancer. They cut a disk for me ....

This is a GREAT company to work with. After a phone call, I received a PROMPT quote from Ben. He was polite, respectable and showed up when he said he would.

The workers came when he told me they would (both for cutting down the tree and again when the stump was removed). Workers left the property in great condition - all the clean up was done. I witnessed some very hard working men. I would certainly recommend them for any job this company does. I am very pleased!

The work team was great.Trimmed a tree and removed another tree. Hauled all wood and cleaned up debris. Could not have asked for more. Price was very reasonable and would recommend them to anybody.
Second service within two years. We would hire them again when needed.
