From estimation to final clean up the service was excellent. Getting a quote was easy and detailed. When the crew showed up to take care of two trees and the stumps in my yard they were professional, and cleaned up everything very nice.

WOW! The guys did an incredible job today! From start to finish it took 4 hours and they did an amazing job cleaning up as well. Very happy with the work they did! (Broken fence was from neighbors tree falling on it last year.) Highly recommend this company for any service. Thank you again!

Jeremy provides a quick turnaround on estimates, and gives sound and straightforward advice. Each of the crews have been fantastic. Quality of work is high and all debris was cleaned up and removed. Our home was hit by a tornado on 3/14/25, and we lost many massive, mature oaks. DeClue Tree Service came highly recommended, and now I know why. From start to finish, their team was the most professional and efficient crew I've ever worked with.

Their itemized bid was immediately approved by our insurance company, and they delivered on every promise—and then some. They didn't just remove trees; they treated our property with care and respect. They raked the entire near-acre lot clean, and I even watched one of their crew broom sweep our deck after removing a 70-foot white oak that had crashed through our roof. That removal required a crane, yet they made it look effortless.

I don't usually leave reviews and this has taken me a while to get to but our city was hit again. I hope others can benefit from our experience. We were approached by many different companies the day after the storm. I am very thankful that we went with DeClue.

They did a great job. Worked the whole time they were here. Due to the yard size they had to climb the tree to get it trimmed up. Took out all the dead limbs, got the branches away from tge house and cleaned everything up . Couldn’t be happier. Very professional.

I have used Jeremy and his crew at Declue and Son’s on two separate occasions for tree removal, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. One of those situations was an emergency when a tree was at risk of falling onto my house. Jeremy and his crew went out of their way to respond quickly and safely remove the tree before it could cause any damage.

These guys went above and beyond expectation. Besides leaving my yard in substantially better condition than what it was before when they arrived, they went the extra mile and cleaned up additional brush that I had piled up from a previous storm. They even removed thousands of sweet gums from the yard. I’m very impressed. More importantly, it was clear that they were extremely knowledgeable about the proper technique and timing of how and when to properly perform the tree services. Timberline removed a large storm fallen tree for me at one of my rentals. They did an outstanding job and even handled a little bit of scope creep when I asked them the day before they arrived to trim an additional tree on the property. They gave me a revised price, showed up on time and did the work.

I couldn’t be happier with the services we’ve received from Timberline. An arborist came out to inspect our mature trees and identify each one for us while making conservative recommendations for trimming, care, and removal. Timberline is also treating two of our trees for disease. Once they removed a few trees for us, another crew came out soon after to grind the cut tree stumps. Everyone who has visited our property has been extremely kind, professional, and respectful.

Timberline Tree Care came out and removed 5 dead trees from our property, all of them close to a house or power lines. The one closest to the house was massive. The arborist who first came out and assessed the property was on time, very professional and efficient. He provided a quote that day and was happy to address any issue, no matter how big or small.

When the team came out, they were a very professional and well organized team. The equipment was in great shape, the men were all very pleasant, efficient, professional and safety conscious. They used Cherry Pickers on some trees and had to climb several others. They were able to drop the trees without damaging the house or power lines. They took great care not to damage the lawn or driveway, cleaned up everything, including some brush that was already there, and the rain showers that came and went did not slow them down. I was very impressed with the quality of work and skills of the team and would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a huge tree right up against my house that needed to be taken down. It was a very challenging job. The guys were professional, kept me informed of their progress, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. What also impressed me is that they had to bring in some very heavy equipment for the job and there were some areas of the yard where the grass was damaged. They immediately reached out to me and assured me that they would repair the damage. My whole experience with Timberline was positive - reliable, responsive, careful, and able to take on a big, difficult job.

Called for an estimate on what might be troubling our white flowering dogwood and large Silver Maple. He gave us a verbal assessment of both trees and a few recommendations on what to do with the insects affecting our dogwood. There is a small fee for his expertise. Ben, a master arborist and co-owner suggested a treatment they would do or we could do ourself. Absolutely no pressure. I would do business with him again. Very courteous and professional

Guys did a fantastic job extensively trimming 3 large, high trees of dead limbs,those that were too close to house, and those too far into neighbors yards. They were very polite and did a great job cleaning our yards and.neighbors yard where branches landed. I highly recommend them.

The three hardest working men I’ve ever had do a tree job for me. Cutting , clean up, professional, on time, excellent service all the way around. Very pleased and very reasonable price wise. I am glad that I have your attention now because Timberline is simply the best tree company out there folks. I am the Grounds Manager/Horticulturalist at a major university here in St. Louis. I have used Timberline for several years for many reasons; they are the most knowledgeable, they do the absolutely the best work, and you cannot get better people (Ben, Jason, EJ and many more).
During the recent unfortunate tornado event, Timberline came to the rescue in a very big way. They were onsite immediately with several crews, not just one. They have worked tirelessly for a straight week now and you would never know it, they are amazing. Their teams have accomplished the amount of work in one week that other companies would need a month for, not joking here.
So stop looking for another company to take care of your trees and just call Ben. It doesn't get any better than this.

Timberline did a wonderful job with carefully removing a huge tulip tree that had been hit by lightning. Start to finish, I was impressed. Ben was quick to respond to all my questions, and his crew worked hard to cut the tree without damaging our yard or our neighbor's. They left some firewood for us, as requested by my husband, and a beautiful slice from the base of the tree. Their price beat my other quotes, and now they'll be my first call for tree work.
