Justin from Classic Aire Care was outstanding. I thought water heater was leaking but Justin determined the leak was from the whole house humidifier and drain hose (much cheaper than replacing water heater)

Justin then completed a furnace maintenance on both HVAC systems.

Can't recommend highly enough- Brad got out here so quick, was extremely thorough and professional, and spent so much time actually talking me through the work and what to listen/look for in the future. I've had someone look at this unit before and Brad caught like 3 things that were reducing my furnace efficiency no one else had bothered to check for, and the price was very reasonable. I know who I'm using for any HVAC needs in the future!

I was really impressed by classic aire care’s Service today I called. Let them know what I needed. They had a guy on his way within a couple of hours. The technician called me on his way. I told him what I was looking at when he got here. He was ready to get to work. explain some different possibilities to me and got the job done. to my satisfaction he was very pleasant and very professional. I would recommend them to people I know.

James was so friendly and knowledgeable! He was so thorough and explained everything to me. He was so personable and took care of us like family. I highly recommend this company and especially James. Highly recommend!

Chris was here when he said he would be, even though we are well into the evening.

My furnace broke down during the recent extreme cold and snow. Classic Aire Care sent someone out within 24 hrs of my call, which was wonderful. Dan B did some thorough testing and explained everything in detail, so I could understand options and agree to a course of action. He was great and I really appreciate his help.

I would like to give Drew. L 5 stars because he was amazing with being professional and knowledgeable while helping fixing our furnace. He fixed it and everything has been working great and better than ever before. He was very pleasant and respectful and got the job done, it was nice meeting him. I would not only recommend him to other people but to come back if I have any other problems containing our heating system.

Alex Mc at Classic Air Care was great. Answered all my questions, switch out an old humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it for the future. Doesn’t mind explaining and showing a demo.

I’ve been a Classic Air customer for quite a couple of years and I always had successful results. When Elijah showed up with his bag of tools, he was very professional. He sat down his tool bags and started evaluating the front of my furnace. I woke up this morning. it was 60° in the house. There was no flame in the furnace. He began by taking various flue parts apart ,moved onto fan parts and did some testing electrically . He did some visual observations regarding the flow of gas where it goes when the flame is out explaining to me along the way what he was thinking and doing . It didn’t take him long to diagnosed what he felt was the problem, but it took a long time to get there successfully but he didn’t give up. He completed the work. He vacuumed the center of my furnace and explain to me along the way. The culprit was sand off of shingles got into the flue system, along with a little hunk of paper and there’s a sensor in your furnace that monitors when the flame is off and it makes sure that the gas is directed in a safe way and turns off any escape routes for gas .For a young man his age he knew a lot and he’s got a great manager named Bill who tutores and teaches service reps. Bill also has serviced my air-conditioning and heating for many years. You can’t go wrong with Classic Air .They seem to pick up the greatest of Service reps that can do the job and still maintain somewhat of a reasonable price range. Today was an off day and Elijah just happened to be on call and I’m happy he was on the job today The heated air is now back to 72 in the home and he’s on his way to help another client. I’m sure Elijah will continue my long string of successful service and repairs .
Classic has a great crew no matter who shows up. Give them a call the next time you need assistance in your home and as good as Elijah was, I’d ask for him if he was in your area.

Anthony was amazing! He came out on a Sunday evening when we lost heat. He fixed our furnace quickly and didn’t try to sell us anything! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are on the market to replace all of our units on both levels of our home. Due to the excellent service that we received today, we plan on using Classic Aire as our new provider when we replace our units going forward in the spring . Thank you for hiring such great people! Matt was very friendly and very professional. He did a great job with the
tune up of my furnace and air conditioner. He even helped take down an old humidifer attached to my unit
which was full of mold and sealed it up.

Travis was great & got right to the point.
Did what needed to be done to the humidifier without pressure of asking for any upgrades or additional services.

Steve and JJ (?) both did and outstanding job on the installation of our new HVAC system. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up afterwards so you wouldn't even have known they were there. I would recommend Steve and Classic Aire to anyone looking for an excellent HVAC installer!

David came to your home this Monday morning and did a service check on our heating system he changed all the filters and answered all our questions. He was very professional in his response and took the time explaining things to us.

Bret installed a pressure regulator at my home and did an excellent job. After the installation, I mentioned a separate issue with a toilet, and without hesitation, he offered to take a look. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also fixed it on the spot—at no extra charge. He was extremely polite, explained everything clearly, and handled the repair efficiently. It’s rare to find someone so professional, helpful, and generous with their time. Highly recommend Bret for any plumbing needs!

Brandon is an exceptional young man. He is professional & extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything so well that I could understand exactly what he was talking about. He was extremely thorough with the inspection of the furnace. He found one problem & showed me exactly what was wrong. He showed me a crack in a part & explained to me what the part does for the system. He suggested that it be replaced at this time so as to avoid future damage that would be quite costly. Brandon is an excellent representative for Classic Aire Care & I give him a 10+ for his service.

Elijah did a very thorough job of checking out my AC during my annual service & inspection. He gave me tips on keeping my system in great shape. He actually did more than any other company has done in the past.

Zachary K and entourage not only installed a 2nd floor furnace in the basement but also a brand new 2nd floor condenser in preparation for next summer (our prior condenser was over 19 years old.) Too cold to show you pictures of the condenser, but the furnace work speaks to the quality of work.
