I called Mechanical after I’d been told by another company I had a cracked heat exchanger and needed a $2700 repair or an $11,000 replacement of my 10 year old furnace. Charles and Ben did a very thorough job of checking my furnace and found no crack, no safety issues and no major repairs needed.
They showed me the evidence of these facts and saved me so much money! We were all shocked by the unscrupulousness of the other company I had previously called. I appreciate their professionalism, skill and honesty and will be using Mechanical Climate from now on.

Tony was right on time, sent a text ahead to let us know arrival. He did a thorough check of a/c and hot water heater and was able to identify and fix the problem. So grateful how quickly the appointment was set up and how informative he was during the repair.

Andrew and Ben installed our new HVAC system. I was very impressed with how well they did their job. Andrew is pretty knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the new unit. They even painted our old rusty bracket on which the old outside unit set when they replaced it with new one. Would definitely recommend these guys for any HVAC installation and repairs.

We use Bob and the team for all of our corporate/professional offices. Most recently I reached out to them regarding our St Peters office...on a Sunday no less...as one of our team members came in and the office was hot. Bob followed up immediately and had his crew there Monday morning first thing to make sure our clients/team didn't suffer during the recent heat wave. What a company and what a guy. I called for advice and in less then 2 hours Charles Bush was at my house and working to get my A/C up and running. No BS. No upselling. Just got to work and in less then 30 minutes my house was cooling again. I’ll definitely be using this company again and recommending them to everyone. Thanks again Chuck.

Charles did a fantastic job of finding the issue. He gave us multiple options and in the end we decided to go with a new AC unit and MCS was able to install it on the same day!! Who does that really! Fantastic service. Top notch.

I had just moved into my new home and was so grateful for the fast and thorough service from Mechanical Climate Solutions. Chuck arrived within 1.5 hours of my call and went above and beyond. The AC was out, he was able to fix it quickly. He even made sure all the vents in the house were open and airflow was balanced, helped set up and walk me through the smart thermostat, and even checked the air filter to make sure everything was in good shape after the move. He took his time explaining which air filters to buy and how often to change them—super helpful for a new homeowner. Professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I do not usually leave reviews whenever asked for a review but this time I will. MCS’s tech, Collin McKee is great. He was very methodical and meticulous with every aspect of the project. He ran into some very difficult situations with the installation and overcame every single issue. Very pleased with his work performance and his ability to explain the process and program on our phones, new program for the iPhone. . From start to finish he was AAA+, even though it took him longer than expected he was patient. I would highly recommend him and his company for any HVAC work that is needed. They are the BEST!!!!!!
