Andrew installed ductwork for a range hood. I asked if he was able to install a dryer vent and an extra vent for a room in my lower level. He gladly accepted to do these extra jobs while he was here. The hood didn’t take as long as expected, so the company lowered the bid price on that part of the project. Over all, I’m extremely satisfied with MCS and Andrew!

Andrew and the MCS team did an amazing job fabricating our HVAC unit to fit perfectly in our small space. Andrew was here the entire day, communicated clearly, and was so easy to talk to. We’re extremely happy with the results and HIGHLY recommend MCS for anyone needing quality HVAC work!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chuck! He and AJ Jesen from WIN home inspection saved me from a very costly replacement of both my water heater and my furnace after Jerry Kelly lied to me about the extent of the issues and shut my heat off during a very cold first night in my new house. Jerry Kelly told me I had cracks in my heat exchanger in my furnace and that I would need the whole system replaced and would need to get a new water heater since it wasn’t up to code for a grand total of more than 12,000$!!! Thankfully Chuck and AJ came to the rescue and came out early the next day to inspect it themselves after suspecting that Jerry Kelly was taking advantage of me. Lo and behold the furnace had a little rust but no cracks at all! Thank you so much to both of you for double checking them and saving me a lot of money! I would definitely recommend Chuck and AJ for any HVAC issues!

The service and install of our new furnace and air conditioner was great. The install team was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. When they were finished they went over everthing, showed us what they replaced and made sure we knew how to work our new upgraded system. When they left they cleaned the area and removed all the old equipment. We compared prices and got bids from several different companies and we know we got a good deal. We are very happy we chose them.

My furnace went out last night. By 7am, I called MCS. They had someone at my house in 45 minutes. They diagnosed my issue (need new system) and had the system replaced by the end of the day. Great customer service.

I had two renovation projects that needed ductwork. Getting a referral to call this company was one thing, but then reading the many 5-star reviews impelled me to contact them for my estimates. The owner, Bob, (who is super nice) was able to meet me promptly, summarize the work to be done, send me a estimate, and get my work on the schedule for the following week. Two technicians, Brandon and Ben, came out for the supply and return air vent installations. These two young men were excellent--- as they were timely, well-trained, and skillful. Because this team was so fantastic at the first project, I was thrilled that they were signed to my next one as well! They accomplished the work quickly, and cleaned up the job sites. I’m grateful to have found a reliable company with qualified and caring professionals. I will certainly use MCS again, and I highly recommend them!

MCS completed the gas inspection for the home we bought and then came out to complete the work that was needed. Their communication in getting us a quote and setting up the repairs was great, we were scheduled quickly, and their customer service once here was above and beyond. They ensured we didn’t pay for extra services we didn’t need. Highly recommend!
