Mark first quoted me $200 to hydrojet my basement drain and then 2 days later came out took less than 20 minutes but said it's actually $250. It resolved the issue but I feel like I was taken advantage of yet again. And he left water all over my basement floor. Plumbers in the past have always got the water up from the work and he didn't was very frustrating

These guys are great. Professional, helpful and got the job done right. On top of a great job roto rooter quoted me for $415 just to snake my drain. Razor Rooter did the job for less than half of that as well as a 3 putting a warranty to there work. I cannot recommend these guys enough. These guys are my go too from now on.

Based on my experience using Razor Rooter, I highly recommend them. When their initial work didn't completely take care of my plumbing issue, they returned until the issue was completely corrected and their fees were unbelievably reasonable compared to other quotes that I received. Pleasant, effective, and reasonable ... a rare commodity in today's world!

Alex and Gavin came by later in the day last night to clear a backed up kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Both were extremely professional and talked me through what they thought was going on. They attempted to clear the drain, but weren't happy with what they were able to accomplish.

Thinking they needed to access my drain through the roof vent we all agreed during daylight hours was best. Alex and Gavin showed up right when they said they would today. Alex reassembled my kitchen sink and to our surprise he actually cleared the drain last night.

I work in the service industry and know what technicians go through. Any negative reviews of this place about being on time or "breaking" something are coming from those who have never done that type of work. Stuff happens, and it's typically not the technicians intention to cause damage.

100% recommend these two for your needs on drain clearing. I would like to think their ethics and ability are the same as everyone else. But I can only speak for Alex and Gavin.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Joe was my Tech and spent 5 hours getting my line clean of roots. He was kind, respectful and worked diligently the entire time! He also cleaned up after he was done (immaculately)
Prices are unbeatable considering the economic inflation at other large plumbing companies
I work in property management so I can tell you I will only use them at my properties
From now on and will be referring only them to anyone else with plumbing issues!

Best experience ever! Had a main line problem on a SUNDAY and someone was at my house within 30 minutes of my initial call. Joe was fantastic and had the main line open within minutes of being there. My wife and I could not have been more pleased. Thank you Razor Rooter!!!

To stop our basement floor drain from backing up when doing laundry, Gavin cleaned our main line of tree roots. The next day we found our drain was better but still slow, but Razor honored their warranty and sent Gavin again, who finally resolved the problem. Would hire again.

Wow! I'm so impressed! After having a clogged kitchen sink for three days and having another company come out twice to fix it for us with no success, I called Razor Rooter as they were recommended by our builder. Jeremy came out within two hours and got it fixed! I, definitely, know who to call from now on! You should too!!
