Asked for a quote and they got back to me in less than 20 minutes. They were reasonable compared to other companies. Availability was stellar as I was about to get them in 2 days later though next day was available. They gave a 2 hour window and we're within that timeframe. The fix was quick and my garage door works again! Will use them for all of my garage door needs going forward.

Will definitely be using them again if I have any garage doors needs. Very professional and the the price was less than half of other quotes I received!

Exceptional workmanship. 100 year old garage with 40+ year old wood garage doors replaced. New doors excellent fit, no gaps, solid. They went beyond and above to install wood, metal bracing, supports. 5++++star rating

Would not recommend this place at all. We called Exterior Siding Solutions because of their rating and spoke to Rusty who stated he was the owner. Due to the holiday we tried to make an appointment for Tuesday evening because we had an am appointment with another siding company but it was inconvenient for him because he didn't want to drive in traffic during the evening from my place in Arnold back to Ballwin. So we moved some things around in our sched to make Wednesday at 10am work for him. We didn't get a confirmation call the day prior like we did with the other company. My wife took time off of her government job as I did my job which are considered essential. Just to get a call 2 minutes before 10am today from Rusty stating he wasn't coming because it was just too far. Then he threw in another excuse because it rained. He tried to refer me to someone in Fenton which I already sched an appointment with later in the week for a quote. I don't know how this company has a high rating when the owner himself is afraid of traveling for business. What a poor excuse of a company owner.

Had them come when a spring broke on our garage door. We were going to replace the garage door but we were not able to replace for another month. The repair man gave us the option of a clip on the spring instead of a new set of springs. The garage door was less than all the companies we checked into and very honest. They were on time to install the garage door and were done with in 2 hours

There is no way I could be any happier with the entire process! Rusty was caring, helpful, and steered us in the best directions. He was on time, took his time explaining the products and process with us, and offered suggestions. At no point did we ever feel pressure. The entire crew was incredible, professional, and went the extra mile every step of the way. I am so glad we chose Exterior Siding, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A million "thank you's" for doing such an outstanding job!

Corey and team had a quick turnaround and were able to provide services next day. They gave us a fair quote and stuck to it. They had an opportunity to try to up sell and didn't try to take advantage of our situation but said they would be available when we needed them! Great service!

Corey was awesome, quick responses, answered my questions, scheduled the service time that I asked him for, came on time, did the work quickly, and charged exactly what he quoted. I highly recommend him!!!

Called them because I broke my garage door. I have a habit of doing this. But today I couldn't figure out how to make it work again. They came out same day and seemed very knowledgeable. Pretty much knew everything over the phone call. These are my guys now. No question.

Outstanding customer service!
I called Callier Thompson for advice as who to contact to find a bathroom leak on the second level of our home that leaked through the 1st floor ceiling. Callier Thompson had renovated one of our 2nd floor bathrooms almost a decade earlier.
I was more than surprised to hear they would send a foreman out to investigate the source of the leak.
Matthew arrived to discover that after years of use a small area in the grout had deteriorated to allow water through. He cane several times to repair the grout, removed and replaced the damaged area of the ceiling re-sanded and repainted.....all done free for us!
You don't find that kind of support often these days.

Not very helpful. Bored with customers. Useful displays but outdated and missing more up to date features. Went in my summer garb of shorts and t shirt. Maybe they are only interested in better dressed visitors?

Pure Home Design literally cured my Drye Eye Disease with their knowledge! Furthermore, I am one of the only patients to "graduate" from my specialist's practice and not have to end up permanently on Restasis or similar and it is ALL David's knowledge that got me there!

I had had Dry Eye Disease ( currently an "uncurable multifactorial" disease) for several years when I first began to work with David and PURE home design. After a trip away from home, I began to suspect that it was my wool carpet (which I thought was natural and was not at all!) that was triggering this issue. David helped me figure out how to test for VOC's in my home (which I wanted to do), and more importantly which wool carpet and pad I could replace my existing product with that was actually fully natural and untreated with formaldehyde and insect repellent ( permethrin). I myself have a background in design but was totally unfamiliar with the products and procedures David told me about. They completely changed my life! They really did!

1 month after I replaced my carpet, I went into the lab to get my cortisol tested (it had been high for years and nothing brought it down that I had tried). It had gone down 4 points to the middle of the normal range! It stayed that way now for 2 years. Additionally, within weeks my eyes began to feel better. When I went for a checkup 3 months later things were improving. When I went for a checkup 1 year later ( having not had to go in or use any additional treatments during that entire time), all my testing was normal and my doctor congratulated me and thanked me for teaching her so very much about her specialty!


David is an amazing designer and resource. Super patient in going through multiple issues/considerations and remarkably well resourced and thorough! I have no qualms recommending PURE home design to anyone and feel that everyone should put their health and family first and go with them. Most interior designers have no idea about these types of issues or what products to use to replace the customary ones. There is a lot of "greenwashing" in the industry. If you truly want both a beautiful and healthy home for your family, you have come to the right place.

It is 3/31 and still no contact from Groutsmith. Very disappointed not only with the quality of the work but the lack of respect for the customer.

Great Service and Smart Deck Builder at the right price. The owner will quote you a price that they don't have to haggle down $20,000 like some of the other big deck building companies who try to get you to pay as much as they can.

Very fair and honest. I cannot wait for the update to my deck now.

C Mauer Building, LLC did a wonderful job on our deck renovation, making it beautiful and the improvements significantly lowered the amount of maintenance required to keep it looking good. Tom and Jake were the main crew members completing the project and they did a fantastic job of working with us for optimal satisfaction, function, and safety. They worked consistently to complete the deck in a very timely manner. I was especially impressed that there was no smoking or (audible) cursing and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are both a primary focus for this company. Dave had suggested some lighting be installed to give ambience to the deck as well as improve navigation of the stairs at night time and we couldn't be happier with his recommendations.
I highly suggest this company for quality workmanship and satisfaction.
