Run away. Their work was great. Their billing system/accounting is terrible. My invoice showed I owed one thing, then they enlightened me that I owed them more with confusing verbiage that claimed that their invoice was essentially wrong and I owed more. They seem to only work off of supposed estimates. I work off of black and white invoice. They do not...period.

It has been a joy to work with C & D so far! They have completed tuckpointing on my 1903 home's 4 chimneys and are completing other spot tuckpointing on the house now. They have been so responsive and really communicative; I am hoping to use them soon for some gutter/soffit work and indoor projects as well!

I’ve worked with Dale, Chris, Shayne and Jon for years and I couldn’t give these guys a higher recommendation! Their attention to detail and always putting their customers first shows in their workmanship and everything they do and they genuinely care about each and every homeowner.

Run…..run far away. First of all, the sales representative was rather unprofessional, calling on my wife at later times of the night and just stopping by at 7pm etc…..weird??? After the job was completed, they demanded almost 8k more than the contracted price! I have an invoice for 9,644 to repair roof…..that’s all they ended up doing. I have a receipt from my insurance company paying them 9,848 after they took out my deductible and now I have a collection letter for 7,559??? This is laughable!

Shayne was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came out for a free estimate as a second opinion based on a home inspection we received. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Didn't show up for scheduled time to give siding quote, had to call the next day to get them to reschedule another time for someone to come out and get me a quote, when a guy finally came out he said he could measure the house digitally and would send me a quote in a couple days, multiple weeks passed and I messaged him via the number he gave me multiple times. He ignored me and never even gave me a quote.

Shayne was so fabulous to work with! He was very responsive and quick to come by to inspect my roof after leaks from the heavy rain. I will definitely be using this company for future needs!

Shayne came down for a roof inspection after a heavy rain day, found the issue and because it just needed caulking, sealed it right away at no cost.

We needed a quick gutter repair before we closed on our home. Shane was so great to speak with and very quick to respond and keep us posted on our project. Would highly recommend using them in the future for any project.

Of all the contractors I've dealt with this was the most pleasant experience. Anytime I had questions my company rep got back to me immediately. All the work was scheduled and on time like they said. All of the work was done in a timely manner and very professional. I definitely would recommend this company and it was a pleasure to deal with Shane.

C&d was great to work with all the way around! Shayne was great at dealing with the insurance adjusters and got us a whole new roof, I was really spooked about dealing with the insurance from past experiences. But Shayne took care of it all!

It was a pleasure to work with Shayne in the somewhat taxing process of having damages fixed to your home by filing an insurance claim. He helped walk us through the process so that all of the damages were covered and the in the end our house was back in excellent condition. I would use them again!

My insurance adjster came out and denied my claim and stated it was storm damage. Dale insisted I contact my agent to get a different adjuster. I did and a different adjuster came out. My insurance company is paying for everything the first adjuster denied. Couldn't be happy and glad Dale insisted on a second adjuster!!!

The company was very good with communicating who would be arriving and when. Shane arrived on time and was very thorough with his inspection of the roof leak issue. He performed the repair, went the extra mile with removing a blockage from my gutter which could have caused major water issues. He detailed the repair and confirmed a general inspection of my roof indicated it was in a good state. Should I have any future issues or need the roof inspected after bad weather, they will be the first I call for help.

Phenomenal service Chris really cares and gets the job done 10/10 recommend!

Aaron K. was great to work with, he was available for any of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the process. He even climbed up and dealt with our insurance company claims adjustor for us. The entire project was on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend Aaron and C&D General Contractors.
