Our technician came out with-in an hour during the day to snake a drain that was backing up and did a great job. Did a good job explaining everything and educating on what was going on with our drain. We also use them for clearing our main line about every year and they are always prompt, respectful, and do a good job.

The repair to our old toilet (new gasket and new inside the tank parts) was done well and quickly. We were quoted $600 (seemed a bit on the high side for the work done) and then afterward we told the parts would be another $100. We had guests coming in for the weekend and needed it fixed so we didn't feel we had an option or time to call different company for another quote. Toilet is fixed, but it was more than we would have liked to pay. Wondering if another company might have come in lower.
Ryan was great! We had a sewer backup in our basement and didn’t know what happened. Ryan came out from Roto Rooter and checked things out, said what he could do and the cost. He did great work! Was thoughtful, polite and through. Gave recommendations on what to do to maintain operation and advice on what to do next. He even has a fellow employee come out with a camera and show us the underground pipes. Very pleased!
Able to come out and auger my main sewer drain late on a Sunday afternoon. Technician will as professional, friendly, and fast. Much appreciated! Cost was about $350 with a $100 off coupon. Not sure how that compares with competitors.
