    Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Left my yard a mess. They came out to replace my neighbor's sewer lateral, which ran across my yard and tree lawn. Parked their trailer blocking my driveway. Did not properly backfill. Left a mound of dirt with roots sticking out, completely uncompacted. Did not plant grass seed or put down sod. Damaged a sprinkler line and burried a sprinkler head under a foot of dirt. I called and they said they would send someone out to grade and seed it. The attached photo is from after I removed 7 buckets of dirt from the top; it was worse when they left. It's been two months and no one has been out. I finally had to plant new grass myself. I didn't even hire them and they destroyed my tree lawn and part of my yard.
