Bryan and Gene did a great job making sure they got the job done right and time efficient. Even though we had a few issues with insurance, they were very patient with me. The quality was top notch! Great company, communication and customer service. I moved 1500 miles out of town and was notified by a friend that my roof was leaking after a heavy day of rain. I had staining inside. I texted pictures to BG Roofing and received an immediate answer. They went out the next day, and took care of the issue with a very reasonable price.

I cannot tell you how nice it is to have someone that does what they say, and does a good job at the same time! Hire them hire them hire them!

To say our roof is difficult would be an understatement...as we have been told by previous roofing companies. We had major roof damage due to the hailstorm in May and were referred to Gene and Jesse by a friend. A roofer had started the job and left us in a MESS! Gene and Jesse came and did a TREMENDOUS JOB. They are both so personable and professional. They were meticulous with cleaning everything up as well. Kenny and I will definitely be HIGHLY recommending them. THANK YOU SO MUCH Gene and Jesse. Gene and his son did some amazing work on our new roof. Their bid was by far the lowest I received and the work quality is top notch. They were able to re-shingle our entire roof with no issues. Easy to work with and a local small business. I would recommend giving them a call for any of your roofing needs.

Update to my review:
After a recent storm, a few shingles on our roof came loose. I called B&G Roofing, and they came out right away and fixed the issue—completely free of charge, just as promised under their guarantee. I couldn’t be more thankful we chose them.

Yes, the roof installation took a little longer since the owner did the work himself, but the quality was worth it. Our roof held up far better in the storm than several of our neighbors’ roofs, which were installed by other companies. One neighbor had a crew of 10 finish their roof in a single day, yet they’ve had ongoing issues and multiple return visits for leaks. We’ve never had a single problem.

This experience confirmed what I already felt: we made the right choice with B&G Roofing.

Original Review: They were great. They tore off and put on a new roof. They were very neat while working, cleaning as they go. They completed it quickly as well. Not one leak or trash on the roof or any problems at all. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company! We had a water leak that led to some mildew damage in the surrounding flooring. Trifecta responded immediately, had a dehumidifier and airscrubber set up in the room shortly after I contacted them. They removed and replaced the flooring, eliminated any mildew concerns, and left that space looking absolutely perfect. The employees were courteous, professional, and meticulous, and I was kept well informed during every step of the process. I can recommend them with confidence.

We had a major water leak on New Years Eve. Trifecta handled the entire situation, from getting to our home that same night and beginning the clean up process, all the way through the entire resortation of our basement. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Nick was our project manager and he was great at communicating the process and staying in touch throughout the restoration.

Trifecta did an excellent job for my family. We had an unfortunate water leak and also needed additional work done. We had a new baby coming around the same time as well. Trifecta worked with our hectic schedule and were very accommodating.

Kevin Bean of "Wayne's Wood Works" which subcontracts with Trifecta did a particularly excellent job and was very kind.

Additionally, there was a billing/ insurance snag that Aaron personally looked into and helped resolve with me. I will definitely be using Trifecta Restoration again in the future.

May of 2023 had a tree 5ft around, it was a huge old tree. This tree crashed into my home in the middle of the night. Contacted insurance, Trifecta was suggested. I am so glad Nick Stevens team came to the rescue. What a wonderful job they did, it was a remodel. Love working with Nick, the teams were fantastic. Thank you!!!!

My mothers basement flooded from all the heavy rain. This has never happened before and I had no idea who to call. I needed to find a company that would get there as soon as possible. I had my name on three waiting list. Then I found Triefecta and called and spoke to Nick. Yes, they were busy as well but he got a crew out to my mothers house the same day that I called. They did an awesome job drying out the basement. His crew were respectful and worked hard to clear out all the wet sheet rock and insulation. I would recommend this company for any restoration.

The patience and understand that we received during a devastating time in our family was above and beyond! Completely overwhelmed with the idea that we would be displaced for 10 months, the Trifecta team made suggestions, based on their previous work, of items to take with us and things Trifecta could pack and clean… so grateful for those much needed ideas.
The workmanship, appliances, fittings, etc, all great quality and we had input on many replacement choices. Making things a little fun in the midst of chaos.
Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough… but Thank You to Nick and the entire Trifecta team.

I cannot give this company enough stars. I had a major water leak, they were there immediately after contacting them. They had all the equipment needed and went to work. Not only did they do a superior job they were very good to work with. I didn’t have to do anything. They know what they are doing and they do it well.

One of the last things I thought I would have to deal with, was my apartment complex catching on fire. Trifecta made the situation better. I called my insurance on Friday and that night Nick called me to set up a time to come look at my apartment. While Nick was looking at my apartment he explained everything on what Trifecta did and how much of my things were smoke damaged. I felt like I was in good hands the day I met Nick. Following Trifecta moving everything out of my apartment, I was informed on everything. I knew what they were doing, why some of my things couldn’t be cleaned. Honestly Trifecta was easier to deal with than my apartment complex. Today Trifecta delivered my things, they took things to a storage unit and to my new place. When I had an issue with not all the nails being with my bed frame, Nick called me and made sure someone came out to get it taken care of. I’m beyond grateful that my insurance company used Trifecta and I now can close the chapter of this whole thing.

Trifecta did a great job! Aaron, Ethan and the whole crew were respectful, responsible, showed up when they were supposed to and fixed a major flood issue on a tight timeline. I would recommend them to anyone. They also did some of the communicating with the insurance company which was super great.
