We were referred to Trifecta by our insurance company after our air conditioner leaked, causing a water issue in our house. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. They responded very quick and took care of everything from drying out the floors to installing the new floor - they can do all of it! Everyone was professional and friendly. I also appreciated, Geol who did a great job communicating and moving the progress along. Highly recommend!

We had a major plumbing issue that pored massive amounts of water into both levels of our home. Nick and the team at trifecta did an amazing job! They came quickly and worked very efficiently. We had a water loss in our basement one night while we were home but did not catch it until early the next morning. I contacted trifecta and they were out at our house within two hours of the initial call. I was able to get the water stopped on my own or they probably would’ve been here earlier. Nick was the project manager on our job and did an excellent job through the whole process. He was detailed and organized in his approach to the project and was always in communication with us about materials, timelines and the claim process with our insurance company. Straight-line winds blew a very large tree on our house. Trifecta called me first thing the next morning at recommendation of our insurance. We were hesitant at first because we didn't know what to do and wanted to have peace of mind with the tree removal and build back. We bought an older home last year and the dishwasher decided to leak, damaging our floors and cabinets in the kitchen. I was 8 months pregnant, our insurance was dragging their feet, and our original contractor was not responsive. We switched over to Trifecta and had almost immediate remediation of the damage! Their communication with us and our insurance company was great. They began repairs as soon as they could once insurance gave the green light. Our new floors/cabinets are beautiful and everything was restored to great condition. Very thankful for Trifecta's professionalism during a very stressful time!

Our house was flooded and we had no idea what we were going to do. Our adjuster told us to reach out to Nick at Trifecta. Everything that happened after was a breeze. Nick was very good at communicating what was being done and what he needed from us. Nick did everything in his power to get us back in our house as quickly as possible. SO MUCH needed to be done and Nick and his crew tackled it all without any major issue. They worked in conjunction with our insurance company so we didn’t have to focus on being middle men. These guys were great! From start to finish, Nick took great care of me and suggested a contractor to do all my drywall and restoration of my ceilings and a single wall and it was done in a timely manner and absolutely the best texturing I’ve ever seen. When I was a much younger I worked for a drywall company for about a year, and I have never seen it as good as it was on this job currently. The next day, a painting company came through and within a couple of hours had all the painting done on the soffits, the ceiling and a partial wall And even did a couple little touchups on other spots as well! Both parties did over and above what I could’ve possibly expected! I’m so glad Trifecta property restoration was suggested by my insurance agent. Not only am I going to tell all my friends and family but I will share it through the community of Branson as these guys are truly great and what they do! Thank you very much, Trifecta!

After discovering mold under our master bathroom shower and in our closet, our insurance agent recommended we call Trifecta. Goel was fantastic to work with - always keeping me updated on the progress of the project and letting me know when to expect the workers each day. After heavy rains saturated our basement, we contacted Trifecta Property Restoration on the recommendation of our insurance adjuster. We're glad we did. They had a crew onsite in a matter of hours to begin remediation, and deployed people and lots of equipment over the next several days to box up contents, remove damaged carpeting, drywall and insulation, and dry out everything else. Nick, the Project Manager, came by to personally assess the situation, and the leads took time to keep us informed about what was needed and what they were doing. They were also mindful of finances. Everyone was polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

Hey guys if your looking for a quality restoration company, this is it. I have worked with Nick and company restoring my house which took some fire damages. From working with the insurance company, to working with city code inspectors, Nick has done a fantastic job and is very professional in his regards to a family that has lost everything. They documented every detail: moisture issues, damage reports, cost estimates, and everything the insurance company would need to make a fair and just assessment of the damage. They also worked directly with the adjuster, advocating to ensure everything would be repaired correctly.

We worked with Trifecta after a small house fire. The damage was pretty small for a fire. These guys were on it like emergency services and it was a top priority. I was impressed with their professionalism and logistic efficiency. All of the subcontractors were professional and skilled. After painting we had a drywall seem that was rather noticeable, it happens, I mentioned it to the GC and he had someone back same day to fix it. Impressive considering the contractors had over 2 hours of drive time for 15 minutes of work. They say what they do and do what they say, and you'll be back in your home as good as new ASAP with Trifecta.

Let's see....how can I explain how (Nick Stevens) at Trifecta Property Restoration was amazing. We had a pretty big house fire and the day Nick stepped on our property he was genuine and very professional. You all know how you wonder if you can trust Restoration Companies, well I'm here to tell you that Trifecta is an outstanding company. Nick is an honest man, and you can take his word to the bank as they say.
Not going to say they are 100% perfect (because nobody is), they have room for improvement in some areas. I can't speak for any other Project Manager with this company, but Nick Stevens is a man that you can trust. He can take the good with the bad, returned all phone calls in a timely manner, he stood by the work that his contractors did in my home. If it wasn't right he made it right and had no problem making them correct their mistakes.
This company has some super employees and contractors, very helpful and honest. They go above and beyond to put your house back to the way it was or better. We loved our house before the fire, but when Trifecta was done, it was 100% amazing.
