My parents sump pump quit working and left them with 1-3 inches of water in their basement. They called Trifecta and in no time Nick had the team at their house. We have never seen a more compassionate, caring, and honest company. When we found out that their insurance agent messed up what was needed for this to be covered Trifecta worked with my parents to make the process affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Our new washing machine leaked due to a defect and Trifecta was out to our house within hours. They were very professional and helped us get our lives and house back in order! We loved our project manager, Goel. He was kind, responsive, and helped us immensely during a very stressful time!

Trifecta was excellent to work with and very responsive! Nick was my project manager and he kept me informed and they did an excellent job of both cleaning up my damage from my water loss and they did an EXCELLENT job on the details of my property restoration! He went through a “punch list” with me at the end and finished EVERYTHING that they said they would do. I had been through this before with another company and would choose Trifecta again if I EVER need to. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when choosing a property cleanup and restoration company. Please consider them. My home was listed on a Friday and basically sold in one day! Prompt, professional response. All employees we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and worked very hard to minimize disruption in our house as construction progressed. Nick Stevens stayed in touch and coordinated the project. We had 24 hour access to him so we were always informed. JR did outstanding work with cleanup of kitchen tile but all employees were great to work with.
I would highly recommend the company in the event you experience property damage.

I've had the misfortune of needing their services twice in two years for water damage on my home, but both times they've left the house in even better shape than it was when we purchased the home. I can't recommend them enough if you find yourself similarly unfortunate in needing damage mitigation, repairs, and restoration work. Not only is the quality of the work great, but their communication is super responsive and attentive.

I had a dishwasher leak in the kitchen. Had a different mitigation company come in and work on drying it up for 4 days and then they told me all the cabinets, flooring, subfloor and drywall in the kitchen would have to come out. I called Trifecta and even though they had a late start at it, they were able to save me the hassle of replacing cabinets and drywall. We had to replace a little bit of flooring and a 3x6 piece of subfloor. They saved me at least $20,000 and a couple months of not having a kitchen. Thank you Nick and Trifecta!

We had water damage and mold from a leaking kitchen faucet. Trifecta replaced our cabinets, flooring, countertops, backsplash. We also had our HVAC system cleaned out with a mold preventative. They helped us get almost all of the expenses of the restoration covered by insurance.
They did a great job and were very available to contact with any questions or concerns. Ethan was our project coordinator and was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Always a fast response when we needed to reach him. Everyone who came to work on our kitchen was polite and professional and did a great job. We LOVE our new kitchen. I would highly recommend!

Goel and his subcontractors were professional, friendly, and respectful in my home. The all did quality work. We had a few minor hiccups with scheduling and funding but all were resolved to my satisfaction in the end. My home had water damage in my laundry room and master bath.

In the midst of a crisis at my Metaphysical store, Mystic's, this company and their employees gave great care to me and my store. They are professional, caring, and experts at their job. When the restoration was complete, they did a walk through to be sure that the job was done correctly and to a great standard. When they returned my property they were so helpful in getting things organized and put back in the correct space. Then after a week Goel returned to the store and did a follow up to be sure I was happy and things were going well. I am very pleased with this company they are AMAZING at what they do! I can't say enough great things about this company. We appreciate the promptness, professionalism and honesty that we experienced with Trifecta. They put our minds at ease and did exactly what we discussed and communicated along the way. Aaron and his team have been a pleasure to work with each time. As a State Farm employee, I know that if I send anyone their way, they are going to be completely taken care of. After speaking with a few of our adjusters, they even expressed how smooth they speed the claims process along. I recently had Trifecta do some work on a back door that had taken severe water damage, and mold was starting to become an issue. He was 100% honest with his estimate, and gave us tips to prevent damage in the future.Now our door has been replaced and upgraded, and we are just thrilled with the way it looks and works. I love that they communicate with you as a customer, and keep you up to date on everything to expect. If we ever need anything else done on our home, Trifecta will be the first and only people that we use or recommend.

We had a broken water pipe at my office. The water ran for quite some time, bringing the ceiling down in the front office and destroying most of the equipment. When I arrived, there was ankle-deep water on the floor. Within 30 minutes, Nick was out to survey the damage, and 30 minutes later, he had a crew on site drying and cleaning. They stayed late into the evening the first night. By the next day, he had scheduled his entire team to do the major cleanup. I also had Trifecta do the insurance restoration. I am delighted with Nick and his entire company. They were professional, and I am pleased with the results. I hope I will never need their services again, but I highly recommend them to others.

The trifecta team did a brilliant job of handling our project. After experiencing a water heater failure that resulted in a significant damage to our home, Trifecta got to work. They remediated the affected areas and worked with our insurance company to ensure that everything was documented and accounted for during the adjustment process. After that they got to work sourcing contractors and material and hammering out the project timeline. They packed-out all valuables, demoed the space, repaired all damages, and packed us back into our home on time and on budget.

Communication with the Trifecta team and the lead assigned to our project, Nick Stevens, was great. All questions and concerns were listened to and addressed as they came up. There were no surprises, and everyone behaved in a professional manner. Honestly, this has been the best experience that I have had with a construction entity. I called the company regarding a water leak under my hardwood back in mid September . They were out at my house within 2 hours of speaking to them with a crew to start the process. They were very prompt and informative with the plan. I had very quick responses from Goel, the project manager whenever I had a question. He also kept me up to date often! There was A LOT of work to be done. The only negative thing from the whole experience was two jobs had to be redone extending the finish deadline. This ended up being a 3 month process. They did correct those situations by bringing in new crew to complete it correctly. Everyone that worked in my home was very kind and respectful. I appreciate that in such a high stress situation of not having my kitchen, one bathroom, laundry area, dining room and part of my living room! Glad it's back together and it looks GREAT!

The Trifecta team was phenomenal! They responded immediately, repaired my leak and restored the room to "good as new" with excellent repair, drywall work and painting. The Trifecta project manager took care of all details and was available to answer any questions I had along the way. I recommend them without hesitation.

This team was at our home within hours of notice clearing and drying it out. They were fast, efficient and thorough.
