I have used Merry Maids in Belton several times and have appreciated the convenience, but recent visits have fallen short. An inspection was supposed to occur after cleaning but did not. The rooms scheduled for extra attention did not receive the expected detail, and the visit was about an hour shorter than usual despite the added work. It has also been difficult not having a consistent team, requiring me to re-explain preferences each time. There appears to be little communication between staff and management, which may contribute to the inconsistencies. The staff are polite and professional, but overall quality and follow-through have declined.

This was my first time using a professional cleaning service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Mackenzie and the Merry Maids team did an amazing job cleaning my home. Everything looked and smelled so fresh. The team was right on time, very professional, and the price was more than fair for the quality of service I received.
