Called in today to cancel services due to being an unnecessary cost at this time. Was on the call for 21+ minutes and on hold for 17+ of those minutes. That hold time gave me another reason to cancel. Cristalle(sp?) made sure I will never return as a customer.

We have been using Pro Turf for a few years now. They have been great at keeping our lawn green. They do a great job of addressing problem that pop up with weeds.

Made sure to cover every area of my yard with the correct treatment and was very respectful of the property! Finished the job in a timely manner you couldn’t even tell he was there!

Brandon sent me a text just before he arrived so I was able to discuss a couple of problem areas with him. He is very knowledgeable. I regularly get compliments on my lawn which are all due to service from Pro Turf. Thank you!

Allen was quick and efficient and explained what he was doing during the whole application. And also came out during a pour down of rain. Thank you for coming out.

Kaneif with Pro Turf Solutions did an excellent job on my yard. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Matt was great. very polite and professional. Besides grass seeding we have the aeration done very pleased with him. He text me before he came. He text me when he left. I loved it.

I was getting a little concerned about the state of my lawn this year, especially after a mix-up with an application that was missed, but then Kaneif showed up and he was fantastic! He took extra time to talk with me and explain how he was going to go the extra mile to make sure that the weeds and other lawn issues were being treated properly. He really knew his stuff. I use Pro Turf and Pro Pest because i have used them all, but PT is the most consistent and top notch out there, but their prices are always fair and competitive as well. I’ve been using them for years now and my yard is one of the best in the neighborhood with little effort on my part.

The technician was super polite and respectful. He was running behind schedule and kept apologizing about it but I didn't care about what time he came. I just wanted to make sure he was coming today. But he still apologized several times.

Jordan was very professional and kept us informed about what he was doing. He was good to inform us to keep our dog inside for an hour after the treatment!

Our tech, Allen, has serviced our lawnin the past. He always does a thorough job and does not "rush" thru it. Thumbs up from me!

When I got home, there were mounds of dirt that I needed to smooth out. Really surprised that this wasn’t done by the technicians.

I love this team. They make my lawn look fabulous when I have them do it on a regular basis. I am starting over this year but trust them to make it amazing again!!!
