The staff is so helpful! And they are wearing masks, even though they don't "have to." This shows that they really care about their vulnerable, at-risk customers. We surely appreciate that! Loyd's Electric gets my business, every time!

Vary helpful finding electrical 4 prong electrical cord with the proper endings. A good professional staff.

Ordered a starter disconnect part prior to Thanksgiving. Said we had to pay prior to getting it so paid for it then. Received notice it was sopose to had shipped prior to Christmas. As of today's date we still have no part. We call everyday and get same answer. They are checking into it. Now they keep saying someone will call me back and 5 days and no call from them. Now they won't even speak to me. They will only let me leave message. Won't let me talk to anyone. Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Will take your money but not help get your part.

They were by far the most help with my problem and I had been driving around to different stores for some time. I was helped by a very nice man named Chris; I hope all good things for him

These owners are honest and I would recommend the highly. They know what they are doing. Ask for Jack...he will treat you right.

I've used K&R Electric several times for repairing a circuit breaker panel, installing a sub-panel in the basement, and relocating outlets for a laundry room renovation. They're very responsive like the time I had a problem with our breaker panel. I emailed them Sunday night and Doug from K&R replied that night and sent a repairman early Monday morning. They're very professional and I trust the work they do. They are my go to guys for electrical work.

K and R electric (Nathan and. James) went above and beyond determining why my. lights ECT were flickering. They were both so very nice and professional and determined!! Ended up being on the outside and WRV came and fixed it!! But Nathan and James were phenomenal!! Highly recommend!!

I called two other electric companies and K&R was the only one that had a live person on the other end. The two other companies didn't even condescend to call me back.
I left messages with BOTH companies too. ( I'm sure they would tell me that they were "short on help". Well, so is everyone else in the free world) somehow, K&R made time for us.

My wife owns a business in Branson. She lost power to half her building and needed to get up and going again.
We wound up figuring out our own problem. Although we cancelled our appointment with K&R, they did at least answer us, and in my book...that was a win.
