Unlike the first company I called, they were friendly and glad to have my business. Arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. Service man was friendly and knowledgeable. Price seemed very fair to me.

The team members that were sent to us were courteous, efficient and timely. Assessed the work and came back with the parts needed and finished the job.

Communication & service have been poor. I have had good luck with them in the past. Now that I have an issues (need a credit on work that was to done properly) the owner won't return my calls or emails. Looking for a recommendation on another co.

These guys came out on the hottest friday evening, of july. About 8 p.m.
Their service man found the problem, within the a.c.unit, and had gone home before 9.
It was a good thing everything was under warranty. Unfortunately it took all week to get the part from trane.
But was so happy they got it installed, the morning after they recieved the part.
Want to say thank you to the boys, for working so hard, in the heat , to fix my house. The old dog is grateful, to be napping with air conditioning!!

I've been using this company since 2004 both personally and professionally. I have had only wonderful experiences! They made every effort to help me get the most for my money in both repairs and replacement. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of this company!!

We have nothing but great things to say about D&B. They sold us the correct sized unit for our home when other companies wanted to sell us an over sized unit for thousands more. They were competitive in price. Prompt to install and able to not only answer my questions, but educate me about H-Vac in general so I understood what I was purchasing. I even call them to work on my office unit where I am renting office space. They are prompt, professional and affordable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had them come out to check our air since it quit working. The tech said the compressor went out. This was on a Friday. Still haven’t heard back the following Wednesday. Called the office numerous times and the “sales guy” Ray refused to ever call us back. The receptionist kept telling me she would leave a message for him to call back. I finally asked to speak with the owner and he never called back either. We have yet to find out the problem with our air or how much it will cost and haven’t even received the courtesy of a returned call from anyone. Horrible business and care for their customers. Lost $85 on a service call to them and can’t even get them to call us back to fix the problem.

I have had my capacitor go out every two years with this company. They put in a cheap one which goes out within two years, leaving me boiling hot until they can come out again. I tried calling the owner about the problem but he refused to return my call. Their price is low so I am not complaining about that, they just need to use better replacements.

Update: The owner has now called me two years later, after I had my capacitor go out again last year and had to pay another company to do the job. Now he says he is going to call his attorney because I didn't pay the last bill two years ago. Well, when other HVAC professionals warned me about him, I realized I was being scammed. I told him this. Conveniently, he couldn't find the every-two-year records of my previous payments for the same thing over and over. What a cozy situation, keep installing inferior capacitors and get paid every two years!

EXCELLENT!!!! VERY HIGHLY recommend. Wonderful people on the phone and that came to fix air conditioner. Very polite, professional, nice, and go out and above to get job done quickly. Fit us in on same day. Can not say enough good things about these people! Thank you!

Excellent service from Ray who came to assess our situation and carefully explain the needs and options for replacing our very old air conditioner and furnace. The young men who came to install the new units were knowledgable and did a great job, completing their work in one day. They came when they said they would and completed work when they promised. I would recommend this company without reservation.

After researching Trane equipment on the internet we contacted D&B HVAC Systems for an estimate. Sales representative came to our home the very same day exactly at the time promised and made a thorough evaluation of our situation taking care to measure our space to make sure the equipment we chose would fit. He then presented us with a price, discussed rebates and warranties and advised us of available rebates from our local electric company. Visited their office the next day to accept the offer and set up an installation schedule as well as setting up a maintenance schedule on the equipment. All office support personnel we met were pleasant and seemed knowledgeable of their duties. Sales rep ordered equipment for our job and it arrived the very next day. Installers showed up exactly at the time set and began work. Since our equipment was located in a tight closet, some modifications had to be done to the existing duct work which the men took care of by designing a new plenum and some offsets and duct work to connect to our existing duct work. Even with the setback of having to re-do the duct work, they still finished the complete change-out in less than one business day. The craftsmanship in the installation was excellent and makes the unit totally accessible for servicing. The sales rep came by late in the day to check on the installation progress and brought me the paperwork for the rebates. All in all, we are extremely pleased with the way the project went. The equipment is very quiet and so far has performed as advertised. D&B HVAC Systems has our thanks for everything and we will recommend them to others anytime.

7/19/23 My husband placed a call to D & H and they came out the next day. Our condenser had frozen over and a part was ordered. Ronnie came and repaired my ac unit. There had been 2 of the hottest days in a long time in our area and Ronnie got it going. I cannot thank D&H enough!

HONEST ! My family and I have used D&B Hvac about a dozen times in last 10 years. Workmanship has always been great and prices always fair(typically better than anywhere else!) Services have been anything from entire new HVAC system installed to a $200 repair made on the spot. Great company/people.

My family has used D & B to fix our heating unit on two separate occasions a few years apart. Another repairman told me I needed a whole new unit. These guys fixed a sensor (one time just by cleaning it--easy fix) and it was right as rain. Service person was always prompt and the prices are fair. Good company, honest workers. I'm a fan. This family owned business treated us like family.

Over a decade ago, someone from my company listed a poor, one-star review for D&B HVAC. I, the current owner of Lightspeed Electrical, am writing to set the record straight and retract that statement. We (myself nor my company) have never personally done business with Dave or his company. I am greatly disappointed that someone representing my company would have used this as a platform to leave a misleading and damaging review. It is clear that D&B HVAC has many happy customers that have left reviews on Google, which is an accurate testament to their level of professionalism. I offer this sincere apology to Dave and his entire team.

Nick was great to work with in getting an original service call and quote for the work that was needed. Upon arrival, Ronnie and another technician were very professional, great at explaining the work, and efficient. Finally, Cindy at the office was very helpful during the payment process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals, and I am grateful that Nick has recruited me as a D&B customer!

We have been satisfied customers of D & B for many years now. We recently needed a compressor replaced on one of our systems - of course just before a holiday weekend. Ronnie and Austin were there til 730pm on a Friday night to make sure we were set for the weekend. They did it with a smile, too! Very glad to have a company we know we can count on.

The whole team at D&B is top rate. Treavor is an excellent sales rep and the two guys that swapped out the system were very hard working professionals. I can't believe the difference in temperature from just a day ago. The system is keeping the house cool in 93 degree temperature. I have to turn the thermostat up so it doesn't get too cold in the house now. Very efficient system. I am really glad I decided to have D&B install the HVAC system. I have
had their services since 2007 and they have always done a great job. The installation took less than 5 hours and that included removing a very difficult blower unit and the compressor. Don't hesitate to have them put your system in.
