Excellent, experienced, courteous, and a willingness to listen to the homeowner! We were able to troubleshoot together and come up with a plan that fits our experience as homeowners with their knowledge as professionals! This issue has not yet been completely solved, but we are looking forward to working with Paschal as we move to phase II.

The plumber cam out at good times and did a great job. Did his best to give us the best deal and really showed that they cared. Got in and got the job done in reasonable time and with a tremendous amount of respect. Definitely recommend!

Michale was great! They were able to come out one day after we called. Within 12 hours. And that was as a new client. Once here Michael quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to give me options for replacing a capacitor. He also checked out the heater and blower on our unit. He was able to give me advice for what we could do going forward and all in all, the very picture of a professional. I am sure I have found my HVAC people going forward.

Sales call/estimate person Jake was very nice. Could have been more knowledgeable but was not afraid to call the office to get answers to my questions.

One of the managers I spoke to with more questions later was super nice and another was maybe not cut out for customer service.

I'm set up for an install next week of insulation and a whole house air filter so we'll see how that goes!

Got here quickly. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem which required replacement of a garbage disposal. Gave me an estimate which I agreed to and completed the job in a timely fashion keeping me informed the whole way through. They provide very good service.

The service person did not make it to the site within the time window that was given to me that they would be coming. I played quite alot of phone tag with customer service trying to get a better eta for their service person as well. Once he arrived though, he was very courteous and thorough with locating and correcting our electrical issue. He also welcomed my overseeing of his investgation process to identify and resolve the problem. I was very pleased with the service provided and the final price for his work when all was completed. The staff members were very polite and helpful. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I was given multiple plans to choose from. They were able to fix my air conditioning problem the same day that they came out take a look, which I really appreciated because it was summer time. Thank you to all the staff members for your the great service.

Shane was very informative and he was able to answer my exhaustive questions. I’ve had poor experiences with proper company people and I have to put up with large amounts of pressure to pay for services nobody can afford. This time however, Shane provided me with an easy fix to my situation and helped me create a plan for the long term steps of repair without pressuring me into any additional sales. I was very happy with his work and help and I hope he is given the opportunity to climb higher in the financial ladder!

Paschal provided quick service and our technician, Caleb was very professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable about discovering our issue and resolving it. I received text messages about when they were arriving and a picture of the technician. Very good communication before and after the call. The cost was a little higher than what we expected, but in the long run it was worth it. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It was a wonderful experience. They waited 30 minutes for me to get home to even get started! They were extremely nice and polite. I was very impressed by how quickly and efficiently they were able to do the job. I highly recommend going with them. You won’t regret it. They definitely helped us out when we need it the most, and we’re very understandable and worked with us! And I must give credit to Andre Campbell and another gentleman that i unfortunately can’t remember his name were the technicians that came out to us all the way from Arkansas!

$55,000 for three systems. Three years later, all have broken multiple times. Trane makes awful equipment. Paschal makes it worse with exhorbitant charges for maintenance, service, and endless service calls with technicians who have no clue.

Look out - don't get hit by the Paschal TRANE.
