Every part of our experience with Knight H&A/C was Excellent, including system design, system alternatives, installation, staff knowledge, skill, professionalism, timeliness, and communication... and now system operation.

I have used them more than once Russell came out early this morning before working hours on an emergency call and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and he fixed my problem and had my unit up and running in no time I will continue to use them as I need things done and will request Russell do the job if at all possible he smiled and greeted us and showed us the part explained the problem he was very quick to get here he came as soon as he finished up another job like he said he would I don't think I had to wait an hour for him to come to my home I wanna say thanks keep up the good work I appreciate this company I'll suggest you to family and friends thanks once again

I found Knight heating and air to be 1000.00 less then any other offer to replace my heat pump. Also name brand pump. Trane. installers were nice.

Knight installed two furnaces, one new condensing unit and refrigerant lines, a new evaporator A-coil in one existing system, and designed and rearranged a ductwork layout that had made access to the second furnace a nightmare for decades (all in a crawl space). They were unobtrusive and professional and did a quality installation.

Jeff and the crew at Knights have taken great care of our heating and air for over 11 years. Knights is also on call when there has been problems. They showed up promptly and got everything up and running.

A/C stopped working. Called Knight, who sent Jeff out same-day. Jeff quickly diagnosed the simple problem (bad capacitor), replaced it, and got us cooled off. No trying to add on unnecessary parts or repairs, no fuss. Just good service.

Scott is great; he’s honest and thorough. Love their service program where they come out twice a year to maintain the ac unit. The cost is reasonable and the work is worth it.

Knowledgeable and straight-shooter, Jeff identified the issues and helped get some more life from a solid unit instead of pushing for a new system purchase. Fair pricing and quick turnaround when needed to order parts.

So grateful for the quality work. Our tech Austin was competent and professional. He quickly found an issue two other HVAC companies had missed. Highly recommend!
