They helped us replace our very outdated Hot Water Tank and brought it up to safety codes. They had it done in a short amount of time. They work efficiently and do a great job!! Thank you for giving a safer piece of mind Paschal. 100% recommend.

Technician was a super nice guy. Everything he said was pretty accurate. However, Paschal tried to WAY oversell us. At the core, the issue is a clogged drain line (spent today checking it out), and they tried to sell us a completely overhauled plumbing system for our whole house. Would that be great? Sure. It just wasn't necessary. Period. It's unfortunate, because the receptionist on the phone was very good, and again, the technician was very nice and professional. I am guessing it was marching orders from the company to try to sell the "Cadillac" even if that isn't exactly what is needed.

We are beyond impressed with the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of the plumbing staff members that have worked for us thus far. It is apparent that they are well trained in both skill set and customer service. We’re so glad we tried them out.

This crew was hard working! They arrived early in the morning, and the last gentleman did not leave until after 7 pm. I had 2 different crews at my house that day: plumbing and electric. Both crews were courteous and kept me informed of progress they were making. Part of the plumbing job required some excavation in my yard. It was repaired neatly. I will always use Paschal for jobs at my house.

Unfortunately, I’m having to rate this a one star due to the fact that more than 2 months since my initial service, I still have an unresolved issue with my furnace. Back in the beginning of November we were given a quote for 2 separate services, we communicated which we wanted completed multiple times, and have had issue after issue. We’ve had multiple no show appointments only to find out that the part was back ordered and they couldn’t have even done the service they booked. We’ve had voicemails left and techs show up on days never confirmed with our schedules. We’ve been promised discounts by people who apparently are not authorized to do so. And now, more than 2 months later, the manager is “investigating” versus just sending someone to resolve and honor the company’s word. We have used Paschal for a few years now and I’ve recommended them to many due to the good service. At this time, I will not be recommending their service and will not be using them go forward. It’s a mess and I’m really disappointed.

I had a painless, quick, and easy inspection process with Tony from Paschal. He took the time to educate me, and I felt comfortable asking him any question that came to mind. He was also transparent about the state of my water heater. Overall, I am very pleased with him and Paschal. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member.

Oscar came same day and fixed our kitchen sink. Very reasonably priced, he was quick and professional. Made sure to convey that he would have to charge just a bit more but it was not outrageous. Thanks again!

AC broke & it was hot - I couldn't stand it that my dog was too hot. They got me an appointment the next day! I like that they let you know when they are on the way & it is fantastic that they send a photograph of your technician. Very professional folks!

Quick and easy to schedule emergency service online. Appointment was next day which was great. Our tech Jonathan was super quick at diagnosing the issue with our HVAC and repairing it! Very affordable! Highly recommend.

Roberto was very efficient , polite and did a great job . He fixed the problem with our air conditioner in record time. I would welcome him back anytime. I hope all your technicians are as nice and helpful as he is.

I was able to get several things taken care of in one afternoon...Tony and Rick did a terrific job on the plumbing side putting in a new water heater and fixing issues with my shower, and Roberto did a great job on the HVAC side getting my AC system ready for the season. They were kind, knowledgeable and professional. Job. Well. Done. Thanks guys!

Richard "Rick" was great! He got us in earlier than expected, then did a fantastic job in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained the job, then also looked over the plumbing in the area to make sure no other issues were easily visible. Great guy, will use everything for this point on.

Received fast and friendly service. The service technicians informed me of every issue with my AC unit while explaining each issue in detail. I took their recommendations for repair/maintenance and I have some peace in mind that it will continue to perform as it should.

Called for a quote on our water pressure giving us issues. They came out same day, figured out the problem, and fixed it all within about 4 hours! We have had Tony the last few times they’ve come out and I would recommend him for anything plumbing related! He is very honest and fair! He was great with our dogs and very nice! Pascal may be on the pricier side but they are VERY worth it!!

Roberto was my technician. He was so friendly and professional! He quickly assessed my air conditioning unit and figured out the problem. He explained many options and once we decided he had us taken care of in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Paschal. 😁

Again, came home to no heat. Called Paschal and was able to get on the schedule for repairman to come very same day. They gave me a 7 hour window. Showed in about 3 hours. Service was amazing. Explained the issue and was determined to get our heat up and going. We are nice and cozy once again.

The service was excellent after having to reschedule since they could not make the first appointment. The price, however, was outrageous. $405 to swap out a garbage disposal that I purchased. The job took 30 minutes. When I called to verify that was the price, they said it’s a flat fee. There is no service charge on the invoice, just a total flat fee. I will be searching for another outfit for my plumbing needs. I do want to mention it again, the service Tony Clark provided was excellent.

Michael listened to what we needed done on our AC, and even took notes! He was attentive, polite, and capable. Everything got fixed and now our AC works properly. Very happy with Paschal's customer service and our whole experience.
