Long story short, they’re overpriced.

They were in our home for all of 2 hours. And our bill came out to just under $3,000 dollars. Look at the attached picture. The most annoying part about their process is how they’re charging you for EVERY LITTLE THING they do. Service call: 120 dollars just because they came out of the house to come to you before any work is even started. Content Manipulation: 75 dollars for “moving fans around”. Containment Zipper: 129 dollars to do yet another thing should already be included in the process (which I could’ve done myself, but they have to put the plastic up their way for 129 dollars). The next 8 items on the invoice were somewhat legit. But then.. Clean Floor: 95.40 dollars to barely vacuum the mess THAT THEY MADE and still left visible pieces of debris and insulation on the ground that I later ended up sweeping myself. And that’s not including the mopping I have to do for all the dirt on the floor. Next they charge you 18 and 24 dollars for the actual filters that their machines have to have in order to work. Why are we paying for YOUR filters? Does this place have any company expenses that the customer doesn’t cover? The most annoying thing on this invoice is finally the 184 dollars to come and pick up their own noisy equipment at the end of the 3 day equipment “rental”. How on earth can you charge people to take your own equipment back?? I’m surprised there wasn’t a fee for walking from the front door to the area of concern. Seriously look at the invoice that I took a picture of and just read all the nonsense that they’ll charge you for. Half of those things should be already included in the process. Like..I guess they kill the mold, but these people prey on the gullible. Unless you want to be charged á la carté style, don’t go with these guys. Kevin was nice though.

Bobbie was fantastic. He listened to what was desired, worked with them, made suggestions and sweetly brought the equipment back in when asked to do something extra.

Ken and his team had a great response time and were very professional. They all explained the process and were very informative. I had a sump pump failure with abot 5 inches of water in my complete basement. I would use them again and highly recommend that you use there services as well.

AIR DUCT CLEANING!!!
The service guys were nice and explained what they were doing. But I did not care for the process the company uses to clean air-ducts. They run a brush connected to a cordless hand drill through your vents to knock loose dirt. Then they run a 2 inch vacuum tube down the vent to try to suck up the dirt. I would prefer to have the dirt sucked up as it's knocked loose instead of letting it settle first. I don't feel it was a through cleaning. Finger print were left around my cold air return vents on my white walls. And the tell you they will treat your system with Microban to kill mold and viruses. Well that process consisted of a hand pump sprayer and squiring some in the hole the cut in the duck. It does not disinfect your system. Just a small spot in your system. Sure does smell nice though. But the smell is not what I was paying for.

On July 11, 2023 Brandon Harris from Dalmation cleaned our carpet. He was polite, fast and efficient and we were very pleased with the service we received. We will use their service again as needed.

Dalmation Cleaning and Restoration did a fabulous job at cleaning our steps, stairwell and basement carpets. Their customer service and length of time it took them to complete the job was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

On Saturday, October 30, 2021 we used the services of Dalmation Cleaning and Restoration Services to clean our air and dryer vents. We are very pleased with the services they rendered in a professional and well coordinated manner. The work crew were very respectful of our home environment, and related to each other as a professionals team.

We have used this company for carpet cleaning several times. They accommodate us on the date we request and always do a great job for a great price. Usually they send 2 people, but this time they just sent one. Bobby did a great job by himself, actually just as good, if not better than 2 workers! He spent time pretreating, cleaning and did a great job extracting the excess water. We live in mid-Jefferson County and they never act like that is a problem. We have actually had a couple of companies say "Oh, we can't come all the way out there!" I always want to say "Really, our money is green too!" They have never balked at coming out to our location. I would highly recommend Dalmatian Cleaning.

I am the General Manager of an Independent Living community in the St. Louis area and I had an emergency that needed to be cleaned immediately! I called Dalmation Cleaning and they came out within the hour. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes and did a fantastic job! I recommend this company without question!

On 09.25 Ken and Brandon came to scrub and reseal our tike floor. This was a BIG job because tenants had 4 adult dogs as well as 2 recent litters and since there was not a fenced yard you can only imagine. They worked hard all day long scrubbing grout in kitchen, dining, and living rooms as well as in laundry and hallway areas. I would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives.

Dalmation Cleaning & Restoration is without a doubt one of the most exceptional companies I have ever used. After Hurricane Florence our beach house in Surf City, NC had extensive water and mold damage. The owner, Ken, came in and took a tour of the house and explained in very plain language exactly what needed to be done. I had a quote from Ken within 24 hours. Ken and his crew were prompt and on time every day, very courteous and respectful of our property and extremely neat considering the amount of mitigation work that needed to be done. I found the quality of their work to be outstanding in every way. Ken went above and beyond for us and helped us to negotiate with the insurance company involved as well as attending meetings with us and the insurance company's adjusters. I can safely say that Ken saved us many thousands of dollars with his expert advice and help. You can not go wrong with Dalmation!!

I've used them a couple times. This last time was a disaster. I talked with the technician on completion and asked if I needed to do anything. He assured me all is well. I came back the next day and it smelled like wet animals spent the night. Could not clear the smell. Had Woodard Carpet Cleaning come out yesterday and I have a happy tenant once again.

Ken and his team were exceptional. I gave them a call after a recent hard rain where everybody in St. Louis was in need of cleaning & restoration services. I had some companies quote 3 weeks just to come and take a look at our basement. I left a message on Sunday morning and it was promptly returned on Monday morning and Ken was out to our house by late Tuesday afternoon. Ken was very fair on pricing and even let me know we could save money by removing the carpet myself. Thanks for the great service and dry basement!

The guys actually called to do it a bit earlier as they were done with the job before mine! Awesome for me...they were friendly and efficient. Made my carpet look like new! Highly recommend them!

I've been using Dalmation Cleaning service for the past 5 years at the elementary school I work at, I'm always happy with the quality of service from Dalmation. Lets first talk about the office staff, when scheduling they are always accommodating with my schools schedule to get the work done when I have breaks on campus or weekend work. Not only are they friendly they also check back in with me to see if I'm happy with the service. The technicians, are on time and work hard to remove all spots in the carpets or furniture. When they point out an area that a stain didn't come all the way out, I know they tried everything to remove it first. The teams dedication to quality shines in the work they do. You can tell that all tech's have been trained on the proper procedures to remove varies elements from the material they are cleaning. Dalmation cleaning is competitively priced, keep in mind that you can find cheaper but you cant find a better service for the same price. I've been at this elementary school for 10 years and Dalmation is worth every penny.

Our basement took on water due to hydrostatic pressure and we didn't catch the extent it had traveled through our finished basement in time to salvage anything. Dalmatian rehab'd the basement, dried it out, and mitigated mold growth for us.

Ken and Randy showed up within about 2 hrs of our call and had a plan for us quickly. The work was professional, thorough and as fast as could have wanted it. They even came earlier than they indicated one day, and they called first to make sure the change was ok with us. Furthermore, they went a little above and beyond for us.

Every team member who came into our home was kind, compassionate, respectful and empathetic to how hard and fraught the process is. One of them caught me in an anxiety-ridden, tearful melt-down as another deluge came down. He saw me at my worst but was the best example of kind understanding I've seen in a while.

This job wasn't covered by insurance, and a small job to them, but they didn't make it feel like that. We were as valued a customer as anyone else. This wasn't the case with all the contractors we called for cleanup. We called Dalmatian after a friend suggested them because other companies hadn't returned our call, and wanted the job on the calendar BEFORE even showing up with no word as to when they could get to us; we were supposed to be grateful to be "on their list." Thank goodness Dalmatian is company with a heart or we might still be waiting.

We are sad that we were in a position to need their services, but we are SO grateful that they were here for us!
