I have been using Venturi Restoration for a little over a year now. They are the only company I will use for all my carpet cleaning, water damage, air duct cleaning, remediation needs. They are professional and have great customer service. Staff is willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

I use this company for my carpet cleaning and have for years! The techs go above and beyond when onsite, the office team accommodates my move in schedule and my rep Jon is super responsive. He is always willing to come give me bids so that I can recover damages when necessary. I have used many of their other services and have been equally impressed!

In the days of poor customer service, Venturi Restoration excels in working with their customers. I had a difficult crawl space project that lead to additional plumbing issues. Other companies that came out to give a bid wanted to destroy the floors instead of working in the crawl space. Rebel, with Venturi got the job done with the hassle of destroying my hardwood floors. The team he brought on was very patient and courteous. All concerns were addressed immediately. The project took a few weeks to complete but it was not the fault of Venturi. Plumbing parts had to be ordered through Moen that were guaranteed for life. After all the parts were received, the team was here early the next day to complete the job. Thank you Rebel and Venturi for a job well done. I finally feel as though my family and I are getting closer to normalcy again.

We've been using Venturi throughout our STL properties for years. The variety of services offered keep us coming back for more - carpet cleaning, tub resurfacing, sewer backup cleanups, duct cleaning, etc. Prices are competitive and scheduling is always flexible. We're always happy with the services Venturi provides.

We use Venturi for carpet cleaning in all of our apartments. They are so easy to schedule and are always flexible and on time! We've also used Venturi for deep sanitizing cleans during COVID and to remediate an apartment. They are extremely reasonably priced and an all around pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them!

Josh and his team came to the rescue after a terrible experience with Roto Rooter. A small leak under the sink that leaked for who knows how long resulted in mold and one section of our cabinets and countertops had to be removed for the remediation. We ended up redoing the whole kitchen. All new cabinets, countertops and appliances. ATI Restoration took care of all the demo, install, electrical, plumbing and left the work area cleaner then when they started each day. Highly recommend Josh and his crew for anything needed.
