We hired Dalmatian cleaning to clean our basement carpet, 2 bedrooms and a large living space. From the very first contact with Dalmatian cleaning it was really great and you speak to a person immediately and you're not sitting on an automated call for a long time. The technicians came on time and they were very helpful and moved our furniture for us and finished very fast. The carpets were mostly dry except for in spots that don't get a lot of air movement like closets, but 24 hours after the carpet is completely dry. Overall very satisfied and would recommend them.

I was referred to Dalmation from both family & friends. I have used their services a few times now and each time I am pleasantly surprised. The first time I needed the chimney cleaned to the house I just moved into. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. The second time, for some reasons my (older) cat had decided to use the carpeting in the basement as a litter box. If you are familiar with how bad it smells, I knew it was going to be a tough job to get that smell out. The carpeting is old, so I thought about replacing it. But Dalmation came out and cleaned it. In addition to getting all the stains out of the carpeting, the hideous smell is gone! GONE and the carpeting looks brand new! Each time I have used their services, their crew called to let me know when approximately they would be arriving, what they would be doing and how long it would take.

Dalmation and their crew are awesome, and I would not hesitate to use them again!

We had our vents cleaned in our house. Oh my, the difference it has made. Well worth it..Thanks Brandon and crew. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional he listened and answered all my questions. Also, while the crew was there I paid a little extra to have my dryer vent cleaned. It made a world of difference there as well..Thanks again, Dalmatian, I really appreciate you guys..

Ken and the team at Dalmation did an amazing job with our fire restoration. We started the process with another large, nationally known restoration company and had nothing but issues with them. The issues were so bad, we parted ways with them midway through our clean-up. One call to Ken and we knew he would take care of us. His team was prompt, courteous and worked hard to get the job done correctly. Their level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. We wish we had called them first. If you have a water or fire restoration project, Ken and his crew will get you back in business!

We just had our carpets done by Dalmation Cleaning and they did an AMAZING job. They look great and smell so fresh and clean. Our service tech was a great guy. He was so professional and he took care of every detail. We couldn't be happier and we will use them again after the holidays.

If you ever need your duct work or carpets cleaned.... I highly recommend Dalmation Cleaning & Restoration. Ken was who did mine and he was exceptional. He went above and beyond, was very thorough doing his job, answered all of my stupid questions without making me feel stupid.

We had a great experience with Dalmation’s services. Ken, Randy, and their team, handled multiple projects at our new (old) home including mold remediation (on floors, walls, and ceilings) chimney cleaning, and air duct cleaning. They were efficient and professional. The work was well done, they were responsive throughout the process, and very honest. I’m pleased with the work and would definitely recommend and use their company again!

I’m not sure about the company’s service but while driving down the highway I was nearly sideswiped by one of their service vehicles while in my work truck. I switched lanes to get out from behind the vehicle and he proceeded to cut me off again and traveled all the way to the far left lane and sped off. Extremely close call.. and I could tell it was intentional but I couldn’t figure out why. Possibly something against the company I work for… not sure but definitely unacceptable.

Experienced a flood in a finished basement. Luckily, Venturi Restoration dried everything out and treated the whole basement in a quick and professional manner. 10/10 would use again.

I really appreciated the great service provide by this team (Rebel, Jonathan, and Bryan)! They came and scoped the job (extend a closet wall), so that we were all on the same page. Bryan worked diligently to complete the job on time and with a great sense of humor :-)

Venturi quickly brought out their dehumidifiers and dryers to dry out my ceiling and carpet following water leaking into my apartment. Their technician and customer service representative were polite and professional.

This company was hired to clean up water from a burst pipe and to clean the mold as a result of the water. The pipe burst 12/23/22 and they cleaned up the water over 2 days. They did not stay and clean it up when it happened. They went home and came back the next day to finish. After cleaning up the water, they left my apartment completely covered in salt and I was later told by a supervisor that it was up to me to clean up after his team. “You can sweep and mop this” he said to me while I was clearly 9 months pregnant. They placed dehumidifiers and fans in only 2 of the 3 affected bedrooms and removed them after only a few days. Then after I complained about the smell they came back after about a week and a half and told me everything was dry and I had nothing to worry about. They actually told me I was smelling ‘pet odor’. Then they placed more fans and a dehumidifier (for what was dry?). After I found mold in both of my children’s bedrooms and presented it to them, they provided an ‘air scrubber’ 2 days after I was told they’d be there. They just ‘finished’ yesterday after barley cleaning the carpets (they are still stained from the water and crusty) and WIPING THE MOLD FROM THE SURFACE OF THE WALL. I thought it was common knowledge, especially for a company that specializes in mold removal that you can’t simply clean the surface of drywall to get rid of mold. It is IN the wall. Because of there unprofessional diagnoses and solutions, I’m still dealing with the problem 3 weeks after the original pipe burst. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMANY.
