I recently had to contact Farr on two occasions as I had no water and then no hot water at my newly built home. Needless to say I was super frustrated with my situation both times I had to call. My mood quickly changed because of the quick response and kindness of both Shaun and Joe.
Shaun came to my home both times. Not only is he super knowledgeable, hard working and friendly but he came after regular business hours to ensure we had hot water. Furthermore, when the warranty parts for our tankless water heater were not going to come in for over a week, he searched and found them locally same day. Lastly, while at my home I mentioned that my dishwasher was not working without hesitation he took a look at it and fixed it within minutes!!
Shaun definitely went above and beyond for us and I could not be more thankful! Because of him and Joe, I will forever be a customer of Farr’s and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The only plumber we will be using from now on! Had the BEST experience with them from start to finish after a bad experience with another company we had used for awhile. They worked us in and got us hot water the same day and I’m so thankful for that! Joe was great on the phone and very informative and Sean came to the rescue in person and was awesome and quick! We've used Farr better a few times over the last 10 years and been pleased with the service. They came out a few months ago to repair our water heater (1 heating element was bad), everything was fine for a while but now today no more hot water, not even warm. Could be nothing related to what they worked on at all, but the reason I gave a 3 rating is they advertise 24 hr service but no one is answering the phone, it's 4pm on a Saturday.

We had a very bad clogged pipe so my husband called Farr plumbing at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. I wasn’t expecting them to answer but they did and someone came out on a Sunday morning at 8am and had it fixed in 2 hours. This was a very bad large clog too. I was sure we would have to replace the pipes but he fixed it and fast! Their price was great the service was amazing. We will be using them every time! Thank you Farr for the fast awesome repair.

I had the toilets in my 35 yo house replaced by FBP. My appt was for 8 a.m., and appreciated the reminder texts the night before, and 15 min before the appointment stating the technician was on his way. Kevin arrived a few minutes before 8, and went straight to work. He was courteous and professional. Even though the replacement toilets hadn't arrived from the warehouse, FBP quickly found a way to get them here. They replaced the old water lines, in some cases had to put down a new metal flange to install the replacement, and cleaned up everything before he left. I could definitely recommend FBP to others.

We have used Farr Better Plumbing several times over the years. They are excellent people to work with and always do a quality job. Chuck has responded to our last two service calls and it has been great - very nice guy that really knows how to fix things.

I contacted this company in search of a plumber. They were quick to return my call, which isn’t often the case with contracting. The thing that really sealed it for me was I scheduled an appointment then called again the following day to try and rearrange my time as I was trying to juggle this with work. Although the receptionist was friendly, we weren’t able to sync up schedules so I kept my original appointment which was no big deal. Very quickly after Joe called me and said “you just tell me what you need” Little did he know I was one disappointment away from a breakdown. I’ve been battling a horrible home flip experience and it was so very relieving feeling like I had someone on my side. Fast forward to the day of my appointment and Skyler arrives at my house. He was prompt and friendly. I start discussing this and that and he quickly says “you don’t have to worry about that- that’s for me to worry about” Again, just top notch. I can’t express enough about how great these guys are. It’s more than just plumbing knowledge they are truly amazing people. I will never hire another plumber outside of this company again and I will forever recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber

We have used Farr Better plumbing once before and loved the quality of work they do. So Friday night was no different. Had water back up out of our drains and flooded part of our house. They were very honest about how busy they were and it would probably be Sunday until they could get with us. Which we made due. Chuck came out on Sunday and did a fantastic job explaining what the issue was and fixed our problem. We appreciate all your hardworking and will continue to use this service!

I had a gas leak a couple of months ago, they sent Rook out and he did an amazing job. Very pleased and highly recommend. He was knowledgeable, efficient and answered all my questions. They also repaired my sewer line a few years ago.

Kevin arrived and immediately began working to install a garbage disposal and faucet, cleaned out the drain and several other fixes needed to prevent further issues. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Kevin and Farr Plumbing for any of your needs!

I heard about Farr Better Plumbing from a friend, and I'm glad I contacted them! I spoke to Joe in the office, and he's a very friendly guy, and he walked me through what I needed to think through in order to buy and install a new water softener. They were scheduled pretty far out, but he was able to get us scheduled soon enough to get this installed and stop the smelly well water! Shawn arrived right on time. He's also a very friendly, positive guy and got right to work. I had purchased a Whirlpool water softener already, and he had it installed within probably an hour or so! He explained how the new one works and had it all set up and ready to go. No leaks, and our water is perfectly tasteless now. This was a great experience, so thank you, Farr team!

I rented a restroom trailer for my wedding and I am so glad that I did! It was such a great thing to have in the middle of the wooded field where my reception was held! A/C restrooms were very refreshing! My only issue was one of the fuses blew during the middle of the party, but I am sure that was due to the downpour that had just occurred. Thankfully, my grandpa had a spare to replace it with!

Excellent Service. We had a severe issue, not only was their response very quick...their Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. We so appreciate the quality of service we received. This was not the first time we have used Farr Better, nor will it be the last.

We have had a problem with our kitchen sink not draining. Our regular plumber had cleared it twice and it clogged again. Farr (Sean or Shawn) andcleared the line all the way to the main sewer. Cost less than our other plumber. I think we have a new regular plumber.

Martin came out to check what I thought was a water heater leak; it wasn't, but he still went into my crawl space in 97-degree heat to check for the source of my water leak. 10 Stars for going above and beyond to help me out. Thanks!

I just used them to replace a shower mixing valve and trim. Very nice to work with and did a great job! The price was very reasonable when compared to what I paid a larger nation-wide company, whose two word name starts with the same letter, to clean my drain clog. Won’t be calling them ever again but for sure recommend Farr Better!

Superb service at a great price. Another company lied about our clogging issue at our house and tried to take me for a couple thousand dollars. Since then Farr Better has been the ONLY call we’ll make to work on our plumbing.

Adam installed 2 drop sinks and 2 faucets in 2 bathrooms for me in a little over an hour for $150. Very honest company that does the job right for a very reasonable price. This is my new plumber going forward.
