Very professional and polite. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. The team worked tirelessly to get the new sewer line placed in one day. We had been having problems with our plumbing off and on all summer. Roto-Rooter found the cause and fixed it.

I had clogged sewer pipe. The original pipes were from 1973 when the house was built. When I called to get an estimate they were out the same day. After I asked them to repair they were out that following Monday. Blake even came out on Saturday to give me a bid about replacing an old waterline from my wellhouse to the house that was old and.needed to be replaced. Kirk came out on that Monday to dig it out and replace it. It was finished that same day. Adam replaced my drain sewer pipes throughout the whole house and even reset the toilets and put a new toilet in that I needed replaced. Everyone was professional and everything was done basically within two days. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quick service.

I didn't appreciate u guys went over to house when I call and cancel the appointment that my daughter made. I'm the owner not her. I told u I didn't have the money for u to come out. If did fix anything u wouldn't got a payment from me because I didn't give u guys permission to fix it.

I cannot express how grateful I am today for these guys, not only did they come the same day I called, but I had a dream team show up and fix an issue that very well could of cost me a lot more $$$. They were respectful & efficient and also put my mind at ease!!

I requested an appointment online for the next day. A few hours later someone from the office called to confirm the appointment. The office called the day of appointment and told me who was coming and what time I could expect him. Will came at that time I was told and was efficient. Up front about the pricing. He flushed my tankless water heater for me and told me some things I could do to help keep my tank lasting longer. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about his job. I will definitely call the next time any plumbing issues arise.

Needed some expert help requiring plumbing services. Called Roto-Rooter as I grew up knowing that brand. William arrived much earlier than anticipated, much to my relief. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The total cost was more than fair. I will be using their services whenever a plumbing situation arises!

We had a pipe burst and our technician was here within an hour late on a Saturday night AND stayed and repaired our broken pipe until the job was done.

Well I'll start at calling. Never did I expect them to get to me today or tomorrow. Well the woman I talked to, she got Keith to come here today. I was so happy. Keith came over and told me what was wrong and a price. I was happy with that. After he fixed that another problem raised. So he gave me a quote and since I didn't know how to fix it I told to plz do. He left to get the part and was back in no time fixed it and it was all good. When I have problems again in the future I will definitely ask for Keith. Awesome attitude he knows what he is doing.

Keith came out at nearly midnight to clear out a blockage in my main sewer line in our backyard. He was pleasant, courteous and very efficient. Highly recommend!

James had everything working wonderfully, all within 2 hrs from the time I called till done. Loved the experience. James was very kind & professional.

We were impressed that the supervisor Josh called ahead of time to let us know who was coming & when, to give us a quote on a new & installed hot water heater. Also, an email was sent telling us all about Will, that was very informative.

Mattheu did a good job fixing our front water faucet. He was courteous, personable and thorough.

Zackaria was very punctual and diligent in diagnosing that my natural gas water heater was at its end of life. From explaining the cost of a rebuild and a whole new system and the benefits and cons of both; I was able to conclude that the best solution for us going further was to replace the whole system and bing that up to code, along with replacing the in house main water shut off ( that in winter only leaked). From the phone call to scheduling the service I received nothing but kind and considerate care.

Second time in 6 months that my sink clogged. RR came out promptly, placed shoe covers on their feet, and snaked my drain. It did not work so they tried again and failed. RR supervisor joined the techs and snaked it twice more, with good results. Then they evaluated the 50’ run of pipe that was giving me problems and noticed the pipe only had hangers every 12’ . This resulted is sagging pipe that left low points for clogs. They sent a tech the next day to replace all the pipe. He finished in about 2 hours and we are in great shape.

These guys are not cheep but you get what you pay for, good knowledgeable techs that FIX the problem.
