These guys did an amazing job! Very pleased with their service! I would definitely recommend them. Came in and told me what the problem was and the cost and got it fixed.

I called them for an emergency repair & they gave me a 15 minute ETA & were over in half that time! They identified & fixed our problem in 20 minutes with more than reasonable pricing. They’ll be our first call anytime we need repairs going forward.

Have done several jobs at my house and have found them to be
reasonable and honest. Even came out recently when I thought
my disposal had died but was a simple issue of something stuck in the
disposal. Did not charge me anything. This is a good example of
a company that one can feel comfortable dealing with and recommend to
others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The company came out to repair/replace our water pipe valve. They were 2 hours late to start. Told us it would be $315. We confirmed with them that that was definately the issue with our water pressure and if it didn't help there was some sort of guarantee. He said yes but he was confident that was the problem. Then afterwards tested the water pressure again to notice that it was still low with our water softener. He put our softener on bypass and tested again. Water pressure was better but whatever he did moving it to bypass caused a leak in our water softener. Which the company refuses to take fault. There was no leak before the company touched it. In fact there is a reason why companies don't touch any appliances they aren't licensed to work on. They should have never messed with our water softener. They did. Now there is a leak and they say they cannot fix it. So our water pressure is no better. And now we have a larger problem because of something they did.
Save yourself and your appliances and find another plumbing company.

Great service, reasonably priced, and honest. I had a dripping pipe in the basement. I called him and they were out the next day to fix the pipe. The plumber was friendly, answered all my questions and helped clean up the mess before he left. I will definitely call them for future repairs and projects.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service of this company. I called in the morning about a clogged toilet and Josh was at the front door at 5:10 p.m. I am sure after a hard day's work. He fixed the toilet in no time and informed me that I needed a different kind of plunger for this situation. And even though I had forgotten to ask about checking the water pressure gauge in the basement in my original phone call, Josh took the time to check it for me. After a week of dealing with a non-functioning toilet, I am totally relieved that these issues were addressed and resolved. I am so grateful for Josh, along with other Eureka business owners that have provided service to my home. They are professional, patient, and are caring about their customers. I am very grateful!

I called Scott last Tuesday, asking if he could fix my dripping kitchen faucet.

He called back within 30 minutes, suggesting it would be better to replace the 15 year old faucet.

I texted him a picture, authorized him to pick " a good, but not gold-plated replacement".

At noon the next day, Josh Thomas showed up, did a thoroughly professional job of installing a lifetime warranty faucet, and inspired us with photos of his family, as well.

I just emailed Scott about another plumbing project and have referred him to my entire office.

I called because I had a leak under my sink (turns out it was the garbage disposal). They were able to fit me in that day. Josh was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Will definitely contact them for any future needs!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Scott at Eureka Plumbing. Our water heater went kaput (and started leaking water EVERYWHERE) and Scott came to the rescue. He rearranged his schedule and stayed late on a Friday night (when he did not have to) just to make sure we had working water. He was professional, knowledgeable and left the area cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend.

Found a leak spot, was recommended to call Eureka Plumbing. I called them and they came out the next day, and looked around. Josh was straightforward with me about what he'd need to do, how much it would cost and the damage if he struggled to find it. After listening to him for a minute I got the impression he had a solid lead on where it was though, and I gave him the go ahead. He found the leak with two modest holes, fixed it quickly, and was on his way for exactly the amount I was initially quoted. I have whiplash going from stressed about a water leak to relieved so fast.

I contacted Eureka Plumbing to repair showers and they set the appointment immediately and showed up as requested. They did a great job and were very efficient and respectful. Would truly recommend for any plumbing needs!

The gentlemen who came to replace the backflow valve were very professional. The work is high quality and their attention to detail identified a problem that had been left by another company earlier in the week. They fixed that problem in minutes.

The company responded quickly, were punctual, and called ahead to confirm arrival time. I had called around to other companies prior to setting the appointment, and prices were very close. However, the professionalism and responsiveness to my initial call created a value added experience. They will be my first and only call when in need plumbing work again! Thank you so much!
