I have been using Future Aire for over 10 years now. They have always been there when I needed them, whether it was an emergency issue or to provide routine maintenance. Recently, they replaced my system and the quality of the work is amazing - I am so thrilled with the local ac repair service I receive from them. They are a company that genuinely cares about my satisfaction as a customer and will not stop until they know everything is perfect.

I always had an option at each step, and the price was very reasonable. We’ve used this company for 25+ years, and have been consistently happy with their work and their prices. We have been clients of Future Air for many years now. Everyone is so professional and courteous. Anytime we have a question they are so helpful and willing to take the time to discuss our needs. They come out twice yearly for cleaning and to service our unit and any time in between, if we need assistance, we know we can call them, and they will respond very quickly. Everything about this Service Call was far above any expectations I might have had going in. I've dealt with other companies who clearly did not have my best interest in mind. While it's certainly, refreshing it's also the foundation for our community here in Eureka!! Call Future Aire and be happy.

I would not do business with this company. We called and scheduled a CLEANING for $89 in June. They said they were running a special, and they were the cheapest we could find.
On the day when the tech was supposed to come out, my husband ended up in the ER, BUT we had my father-in-law come meet the repair tech and sit there for the duration of the cleaning.
The tech came in, said our unit was too dirty for a cleaning and we would need a whole new AC unit. He was going to send us quotes for new units from Future Aire. That would have been fine and appreciated if the unit was truly shot.....
But later that evening after we got home from the hospital, my husband and I went and cleaned the unit ourselves (we don't have any AC experience; we just used Chat GPT), and we fixed the unit in a few hours.
Fast forward a couple weeks and we receive a phone call from Future Aire saying we owed $170 for a no-show service call. As soon as I pressed the issue and said we weren't no show, my father-in-law was there, they said ok we'll discount the price back down to $89. I said no - the $89 was for the cleaning, and I never received a cleaning, which is all it needed to get back working. They said if we didn't pay the $89 then they were going to get a lien against our house for it.
They have acted shady from the beginning and have seemed like they wanted to take advantage of us - from saying we needed a new unit when it just needed a cleaning, then to trying to charge us $170 for a no-show, to finally still charging us $89 for a "service call" when they were supposed to come our for a cleaning (which was never done).

We have used Future Air for all of our repair needs and they have been nothing but extremely helpful, reliable and ALWAYS super quick to get to us and fix our issue. The service technicians are always very knowledgeable and so nice.
We love supporting locally owned and operated businesses and Future Air will always get our business!

The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived about an hour after I called, thoroughly explained the issue and made the necessary repair.
