Called to get a quote for a starter installation on my AC unit. Even with the model information I was told that a price could not be given over the phone and a service fee was required for a technician to come out and quote me. This is a great example of poor business practices and bad business ethics.

On time, able to diagnose issue on a very old furnace. They are looking for a part, which I hope is available. Very nice person who reviewed issue.

Eureka Heating and Cooling is always fast to fit us in. Which, when it is warm is especially appreciated. They are extremely fair with their pricing! They let you know who your technician is through texting so you know who will be arriving at your door. Very professional!

Mark and Neil are the BEST! They are super responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable with pricing. We never feel overcharged. Mark came out first thing today on a 95 degree day after our air went out last night. Had it fixed in 30 minutes (a part had broken) in time so that we could attend a 10:00 funeral. Thank you guys so much for your amazing services.

Eathen and the whole crew at Aireserv did a outstanding job on my HVAC installation. Very thorough on explaining what's going and start up. Hot water heater installation and duct cleaning went well also. They left my home like they were not even there. I highly recommend Aireserv for any HVAC, Water heater and duct cleaning needs.

UPDATE. John and Jesse were the man TWICE. 1st was capacitor and defrost board on compressor outside in jan. Yesterday was an incorrect wired fan motor AND corrected a "g wire" that allowed thermostat and Aprilaire house humidifier to work. Thermostat and new air handler control board installed. Other Eureka HVAC company wanted to sell $11k system in Jan. John correctly diagnosed and repaired for $1k. Other company in Eureka said defrost board no longer made and both outside and air handler had to be replaced and had old freon? ALL three not true. Point is, I got detailed, correct and honest repairs, TWICE! Tried to give other company in Eureka that had been servicing HVAC for years a 2d chance with a call. No joy. Owner continued to insist selling me whole new HVAC system. BFO (Blatant Flash of the Obvious) other company portfolio is sales and Eureka Heating and Cooling (aka Aire serve) focus on quality repair and service.

This was the first time using Eureka Heating and Cooling for issues with our furnace. We were able to get a scheduled appointment quickly and easily.

Our technician, Geoffrey, arrived promptly, and was extremely professional and courteous. He quickly found the problem with the board on the furnace, and was able to get it replaced the next day.

I strongly recommend them if you have any heating or air-conditioning needs.

Neil was great! 12 years ago Eureka heating and cooling installed our HVAC system. We noticed that the airflow was decreased from the vents, and the AC was running more than usual. Today when the technician arrived, it was Neil, the same technician that installed our unit 12 years prior. He was so nice and professional. After cleaning our A-coil thoroughly and changing the filter, he also checked our Freon level. Now we are set for the summer and our unit is still going strong! You definitely get a good product and service here, wouldn’t call anyone else! Thanks Neil

Called for service on A/c. They promptly had repair man arrive as scheduled. Communication was outstanding. Repair man was very professional and I was pleased with the job they did. Outstanding job. As a local Realtor, we refer all our clients to Eureka Heating & Cooling, and we use them for our personal home. Highly recommend!

Have been doing business with EH&C for nearly 20 years and have never been disappointed. Needed a quick clean of our AC compressor 8 check up for the Winter and things went very well despite having to wait for the outside water to be turned on by the condo maintenance person. We live in Michigan now & had to arrange things over the phone. No problem with the tech confirming the visit & communicating with me during the service. Highly recommend Travis, John & the folks @ EH& C in Eureka, MO!
