I love, adore and cherish Future Aire Heating & Conditioning! We would highly recommend them to anyone for quality service and they do an amazing job too. They are quite prompt on calling back and are very committed to providing the best service possible. I can't say enough about them and believe their work ethic to be what most can only strive for. They truly have an amazing company and we hope they continue to be going strong for years to come! They are really good people to work with and easy to get along with as well. Had furnace issues the morning of an extreme cold snap. Called Future Aire and they were out in a couple hours. The technician was professional and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend!

Our furnace decided it no longer wanted to heat and Future Aire was able to come out same day and get it repaired. It was quickly diagnosed as a bag ignitor and replaced. Fast, professional and pleasant to talk to.

Previous home owners purchased our hvac system from Future Aire a few years ago. This was my first interaction with them, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I called yesterday with an a/c issue and they were able to fit me in for an appointment today. Jonathon was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and review all of the work completed. He even went over best practices for maintenance and provided a recommended schedule.
Future Aire is a family owned business and it is clear they care about their customers! I am happy to consider myself a newly loyal customer, and will be using them for both regular maintenance and future repair needs.

We called to have our system serviced when it was showing an error code but didn't receive a call back for several days. When we were able to get a service tech to come out he quickly diagnosed it and was aware of it being a warranty part that he would need to order from Indiana. He then informed us it would take 48 hours to get shipped. After not hearing from anyone for the 2 days, we called Future Aire and after several attempts was finally able to get a call returned and was told there was a problem with the shipping. We called back several more times and couldn't connect with anyone for several days until I finally reached them and was told that the part "arrived yesterday" and they would try to fit me in over the next couple days. I expressed that this problem has been ongoing for several days and they were able to flex their schedule and get us in the next day. Service Tech barely addressed us while he was there and was not friendly service. Maybe he didn't like me, but at least he could have smiled and been professional. Unfortunately this is our 2nd experience with this service tech and unprofessional service. The owner was a super friendly guy with great customer service when we were buying the 2 units a few years ago, but the tech that services doesn't have the same approach to customer service.

Jason from Future Aire did an excellent job. He was on time. He had a great attitude and was not bothered by my questions and teaching me about my system. He was professional and courteous. He used booties for his boots and on the step ladder! Jason went above and beyond and in the reason we will continue to use Future Aire. Thanks Jason

Jason with Future Aire came to our house to check our furnace that had stopped working with the freezing temps. He was respectful and very knowledgeable. He was able to get our furnace running until we can get a new one( considering this one is 24 years old.) I would definitely recommend Future Aire to any of my family or friends.. Future Aire installed a furnace for me this past week and an air conditioner over the summer. They do the best work, very reasonable and run on time. I called on a Friday evening and they were out bright and early Saturday morning for a service call. I would recommend them to anyone for service. Their pricing is great. Give them a call for service or a large job. John and his team are the best.

Dangerous, sloppy install and hostile management – would never use Future Aire again.

Future Aire recently came to my home to perform an annual service checkup. Without asking, the technician decided to rerun the condensate drain lines on my HVAC system, and the result was an absolute mess. The new plastic lines are now routed directly across the front of the furnace, so there is no way to open the electronic air filter cartridge or service panel without first disconnecting or removing the hose.

This is not only shoddy workmanship; it is genuinely hazardous. One of the lines now runs more than a foot off the ground in the middle of the mechanical room, creating an obvious trip hazard in an area where we have to walk and work regularly. No competent HVAC company should consider this acceptable or safe, and the condensate lines should have been properly secured and routed so they do not block access panels or introduce new safety risks.

When I called to discuss these issues and look for a reasonable solution, the response from Future Aire’s management was even more alarming than the work itself. Instead of listening, the manager became confrontational and dismissive, and explicitly stated that he did not care whether we were satisfied with the work or not. That attitude is completely unacceptable for any contractor, especially one working on critical systems inside a home.

Between the unsafe condensate routing and the hostile response to legitimate concerns, Future Aire has lost my trust entirely. I would strongly urge anyone considering them for HVAC installation or maintenance in the St. Louis/Eureka area to look elsewhere for a company that actually follows basic best practices, values customer safety, and stands behind its work.
