I just love Neil from Eureka Heating and Cooling . He just gets to the point, gets the job done and I feel total confidence in his ability. I've used them for many years and really would never want to go to anybody else.

Geoffrey was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what he was doing to fix the issues with my furnace. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Great customer service with helpful friendly people. We had a heat pump service call and Geoff made sure we got the answers we needed and clearly explained the issue. Recommend this company.

Amazing. I think his name was Connor? Clayton? Ugh, I can’t remember, but he knew right away what the problem was, and gave recommendations. He knew it wasn’t an HVAC issue, and didn’t charge us anything. Because of that, we will use them for any heating and air needs in the future.

This is a wonderful company, with kind and compassionate employees. I have used Eureka Heating and Cooling, for about 15 years, or so, and they have always been considerate, honest, and honorable.

Tech Jessie was on time called to let me know. Very knowledgeable fixed my very old furnace cost was very reasonable

Ethan excellent!!! Would have been nice if Ethan could finish job instead of another company . Your electric division hitting me up for 325 $ to put in a breaker, a little steep I think.

My appointment was on time. My technician was knowledgeable, answered all questions, was friendly, and careful. Completed and check the work. It was a stress free experience, for sure.

Aire Serv is not the same as Eureka Heating & Cooling.

Aire Serv (new owner of Eureka Heating and Cooling) sent misleading and confusing estimates for replacing my furnace. There were four options and they all included replacing the A/C (which I did not need). When I asked them to rebid on replacing the furnace only, I got the same four bids again, less $10. When
I called Eureka Heating and Cooling to discuss the issue, the call was redirected to Aire Serv. And, for whatever it is worth, the BBB has numerous bad reviews about Aire Serv. I took my business elsewhere.

Seemed that the replacement part (capacitor?) was small and overpriced,

The labor, which was only a few minutes, was overpriced.
The repairman was nice enough, and explained the problem.
It works for now. Thank you. We'll see if it holds.
Just seemed like a high price.

Geoffrey is very helpful and informative… tells you what he’s doing and why. Very informative. The retiring brothers are both masters at their craft. It’ll be a kiss when they leave, but it is being left in good hands, it seems.

This company is responsible and fast acting. If you have a problem, they have you on the schedule immediately. The employees are all very knowledgeable and courteous.

Great customer service! The team was efficient and very helpful in replacing our thermostat to get our AC back up and running during the hottest week of the year. I would definitely recommend!

The sales team was excellent at evaluating our heating and cooling needs and provided multiple options. We decided on an Amana heat pump because of the projected electric savings and impressive warranty. The installation team arrived promptly and replaced both the furnace and AC in a day. We lived with the system (heat pump equipment) for a week and found it to be extremely noisy. The air flowing through our duct work sounded like a jet engine. The Amana heat pump was fairly new to Eureka Heating, so a technician came out and worked with Amana to find the issue and show us options to lower the noise. It was better, but we still struggle to deal with the "jet engine" in the morning and when the system tries to come to the temp on the thermostat. It can be so noisy that we have to turn up the tv or radio, then turn it down when the whooshing stops. We do feel we have benefited from installing a heat pump. This winter has been so mild, it's kind of difficult to tell if there's been a significant decrease in our bill. Eureka's sales and service teams are wonderful. They get 5 stars. It's the noisy system that caused my 4 start rating.

Have used Eureka Heating and Cooling for a couple of years now for maintenance of my HVAC system. Always thorough with reasonable pricing. Nice guys to work with. Highly recommend.
