I didn't see the results of the cleaning. I live in Lake St Louis & couldn't be there to see how well they did. I would like to know what all was cleaned so when my Mom comes home her apartment is cleaned & sanitized. Please send a message of the extent of the cleaning. Thank you, Doris Powell

Merry Maids was able to accommodate me quickly right before the Christmas holiday. It was such a relief to have one thing off my plate and I could focus on the holiday and family and friends. The two workers were friendly and detail oriented. Thanks Merry Maids.

The ladies cleaned my condo very nicely however there was some kind of mix-up. I specifically hired them to clean out my bathroom closet and my kitchen cabinets. My condo looked nice when they left but my cabinets are still the same way. I was disappointed about that.

I have never had one bad experience with Merry Maids. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My house is beautiful and they are reasonably priced for the great work they do. I highly recommend them.

Needed a rental cleaned after moving out, and Merry Maids responded quickly to my last-minute request and did such a nice job. Thanks to Debbie for efficient scheduling and Tiffany’s team for a thorough clean. You can’t expect them to be perfect and get everything, but they did! They worked hard, did the job I needed done, and it was worth it to me. I wish them well and am grateful for the help and great service.

They were on time, very pleasant, and did a beautiful job. We will definitely be using Merry Maid services again!

I have had your service since 2011 and have had times where I skipped 2 months. This time, on not receiving a notice of appointment I called and was told my service had been terminated with no notice. On rescheduling I was informed the price had gone up $28.00 per month. The ladies who came to do the cleaninig did not make the bed or dust the tables. They also told me when they arrived that they would be cleaning the baseboard which was not done.

I’ve already done a survey, gave all great remarks & 5 stars. However, today is the day after services & luckily, I’m asked again. Today I noticed my walls aren’t fully cleaned, shower doors not cleaned, around the sides of both toilets not fully cleaned, missed spots on my mirrors, I cleaned the mildew out of my shower last night & finished cleaning my bathroom floor by counter today.
Maybe I’m wrong but, I thought deep cleaning was just that, besides stating I wanted these these cleaned. I didn’t want to do this cleaning because I’ve already been cleaning out my house. So, now I not only paid for the services & generously tipped, I get to clean what I had wanted done.

While the girls that showed up were very nice and courteous, I thought I was having professional cleaners for the money that I spent. I didn't. I basically had to go back over everything they missed after they left. I had to clean the tv room that they ran out of time to do. The other rooms I told them to leave alone when I realized their time was running out. They almost forgot to vacuum before mopping after I reminded them, and they used a giant swiffer looking thing that left a sticky residue.The whole point of hiring someone was to help with me recovering after an injury. My mom told me to let her know how it went, because she would of hired them. I told her to save her money.

I will not use their service again. I hired them to deep clean my home before selling. They left my ac on 66 without anyone living in the home. They also did not do a complete job. They quoted me $250 for 2 hours of work. I told them they could go over if necessary to complete the job. They stayed long enough to charge me almost $700, but left my windows and cabinets untouched. They cleaned the inside of my fridge, but the outside is FILTHY and untouched. And one of my toilets was filthy, but the rest of the bathroom was cleaned. I will look elsewhere next time. Either complete the job or go home at the price you quoted me.

I just don't feel that I'm getting what I'm paying for. I just expect that when I pay someone to clean my house to clean like I would. They seem to vacuum up to my curtains of my sliding glass doors but not to the doors. There's an attachment hose for the edges of rooms that's not getting used. They also don't seem to dust or clean anything that is above their shoulders. They dust the tops of my furniture but neglect to dust the bottoms, fronts, and legs. They clean parts of my showers but not the whole shower. I have a 3 story house and they seem to get all 3 floors cleaned in less than 2 hours, which I think is not giving my house the details it needs to be cleaned properly. For the size of my house and what im paying it should take no less than 3 hours to clean it with 2 people. I also don't like that they aren't flexible. I needed to change my scheduled day because of company and they wouldn't alter it for me.

Overall I am pretty happy with the service. One thing that would make it better is if there was some consistency in the team that does the work. It’s pretty common that I have new people assigned to clean my house, and some teams do a better job than others.

Two tries to clean. They came back to fix what wasn’t clean but the floor still was dirty. We ran the swiffer over the floor and it was so dirty! Wow. It might have been dust mopped but the floors were not wet mopped. We had so much traffic and needed thorough cleaning. Very disappointed and paid twice as much as our normal house cleaner who was unavailable.

Very responsive during scheduling and good job through four cleanings. The crew often rotates so some things change but overall it is always up to expectations.

Everyone is very nice and pleasant to work with. I always feel lighter when I walk in the house after the Merry Maids have been there.

Very pleased with the deep clean. The girls were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. Only mishap was a tear of a wall trim and curtain rod off one side of the hinge. Inside of microwave was not cleaned. Overall a good experience.

The detailed cleaning far exceeded my expectations! The whole house was spotless, and it seems like every tiny nook-and-cranny was cleaned. Definitely a quality job!

I look forward to by house cleaning every 2 weeks. The ladies who clean are fast and thorough. I love coming home to a clean smelling house. I also like that Merry Maids is active in the community. They collect items for food pantries and adopted 2 families for Christmas. Thanks so much ladies for making my life a bit easier!

Schedule changed a little the day of our service. We had a large job but asked for detail cleaning. Most of the items we asked for were completed well, but a few things were missed including vacuuming the stairs, detail dusting and a few items we asked them to do while we were there. It was over $700 which I would not have minded if all of the details had been attended to.

For the last several months my cleaners have been a hit or Miss of workers. Two weeks ago I had three cleaners. Yesterday I had only one. I would be more pleased with a consistent crew
