The work that the Merry Maids did was ok. For the price that I paid expected an excellent job. I found several things that were missed that I had to do to be ready to show my home.

Your workers were polite and willing to do the work required. They left the apartment in excellent condition and we look forward to continuing with your service!

The two girls we had were Brianna and April, both were very nice, efficient, quick, and did a really good job. The only thing they didn't do, was the refrigerator. I didn't realize that till after they were gone. We would recommend highly recommend Merry Maids for the reasons we listed above. The rate we felt was most reasonable.

The cleaners are good, friendly, fast and help when I need something taken to the basement as I can't do the steps. Little things like that are very helpful and make the service worthwhile. I have
been satisfied with all workers i have had experience with.

Edit: after posting my original review Merry Maids called me to discuss the cleaning and sent over a team same day to improve the areas that had not been done well. I really appreciated the follow up as I was working and they made multiple attempts to reach me and not just one attempt and got people over the same day. The windows and what I had asked for initially looked much better the second time.

Did not appear to be cleaned well. Smelled good and seems as though they cleaned the floors however cobwebs were still on the corners and dust on windowsills, mantle, etc.

Ranee and Mary are an incredible team! Friendly, on-time, and thorough. Today they put tiny ornament stickers on the towels and toilet paper rolls for the holidays-- so cute!! Our home always looks and smells amazing after they clean.

I had Merry Maids of St. Louis clean my dad's apartment after he moved out. I am not local, but I checked with the manager of the apartment complex, and she said they did a great job, and she was very satisfied!

We have been quite pleased with the services you have provided this year. The house always looks nice and clean when your staff is finished. That being said, however, I fear that when we signed up for services you may have overestimated the amount of work it would require to satisfy our needs. Whether it is one cleaner or two they are consistently finished after about an hour of work, and for this we are paying $180, which strikes me as pricey for the amount of time spent. For this reason I fear we will have to make other arrangements after we have fulfilled our twelve visit commitment.

The overall experience was positive. I do wish they would’ve stayed longer because I needed construction dust, cleaned off of all the walls and after they left, I noticed quite a few areas they had not gotten to so I had to clean them myself I would’ve been happy to have paid more for them to complete the job.

Enjoy having Merry Maids in my home. Very accommodating to my schedule and I enjoy the girls when I do see them and trust them with my home. Thanks for helping this grandma spend more time with my grandkids!

The ladies were great, hard working and thorough. They did an amazing job. Was very happy to see Michelle as she has been to my home years previously when I was working. Everything was wonderful. They were a great crew, each and every one of them. They worked hard and diligent and was very conscientious to detail. So happy I am back.

I love Merry Maids!!! They are fantastic at cleaning our home, they are always prompt. They work with me whenever I need “extras” or a simple change. The girls are always nice, professional and respectful of our home. Been with Merry Maids for 10 yrs or more, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My ceiling fans were not dusted nor were my blinds. They were here for 45 minutes. Arriving at 9:15 and leaving at 10. My house is an easy clean but to do my 3 bedroom 2 bath house in 45 minutes is ridiculous. I was still charged 150.00.

The maids were sweet and hard workers. My concrete floors still look dirty and streaky, though, and there are water stains in my sinks. Those were the two areas as a disabled person which I originally hired the service to help me with.
