TRC has transformed the Cortex landscape! We have been working with TRC for over 3 years, the landscape that they inherited needed a lot of work to get back into maintenance mode and they did so by listening to our concerns, a lot of attention to site details and hard work. Having expertise in native landscaping helps keep this property managed properly. It could easily be overrun with weedy natives, but with TRC's expertise we have outstanding green spaces that promote pollinators and human activity alike. We have been so happy with the crews that we have increased the contract year over year to include more areas and more services. Adding electric grass mowing services in 2024 to help us attain our zero emission and sustainability goals. Working with Joe and Chris has been an incredible partnership! I appreciate their innovative approach to maintenance and making scheduling such a breeze. There is no task that TRC cannot handle and handle well.

Matt and his team of 4 did a FABULOUS job for us today. Tearing up old plants and rocks and cleaning and grading the area. Put down heavy duty fabric and planting the new plants for us - with minor adjustments as we went along. They put down a LOT of new Iowa rock for us and the place looks beautiful. Such a relief. Matt met me at Kirkwood Supply and we walked through various plants and discussed what would be best for the location and sun. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This company is quality, efficiency and professionalism.

The staff and ownership are great! they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would certainly recommend them for all your needs whether at your house, your farm, or even your business office.

Matthew has always been the utmost businessman. His wealth of horticulture, friendliness and efficiency are unmatched. He is exceptionally accommodating with scheduling estimates as well as work. We are already planning the next project.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the work Matt and his team have done for us. They are responsive, hardworking and professional. When the recent tornado hit our neighborhood, Matt's team was on site the next business day, and within a few hours had cleared the fallen tree, all the downed limbs and the shrubbery that was destroyed as a result. It is a stark contrast to so many of our neighbors whose yards and adjacent curbsides remain littered with debris. Thank you for all of your efforts!

I manage a restaurant in the Bluffs. After interviewing multiple other companies, we decided to give TRC a try. I can say it was the best decision I could have possibly made. TRC goes above and beyond any of my expectations. Besides being the most reasonably priced of all the places I checked out, everybody is so friendly and courteous. Matt stops by to check in frequently, making sure we are satisfied with their service. I had brought a leaf blower from home to get some mulch off the sidewalk that had washed out the last time it rained. Before I had a chance to get to it myself, TRC had already sent a crew out to straighten things up and make sure the property was looking it's best. I didn't even have to call and ask them, they just showed up. 5 stars is not enough for these guys. I highly recommend them and plan to use them for years to come.

Very expensive and they do not explain the billing. I received a lump sum payment for request for nearly $5000. I asked for a breakdown of the work done and the time devoted. An employee in the office sent an email. Very expensive without the work reflecting the charges. They did not even blow my leaves after cutting my grass, and yet charged me close to $90!

Sarah and her crew did an excellent job creating a walk way to the back of our house. Her ideas of what to do with the space to create a walk space in which nothing grows turned out perfect. Can’t wait to do next phase with landscaping. Also couldn’t believe the turn around time.

We had a great experience working with Chris, Joe and their crew on our new backyard patio and structure. During the planning process, they provided multiple renderings and were beyond patient with our change requests to customize it to our liking. They battled with the elements this Summer with all of the rain and still got the job done on a timely basis. They responded quickly to any questions we had and were professional throughout the process. We are beyond thrilled with the final outcome of the project.

Our project manager, Matt, was professional and courteous. We were especially impressed with his frequent communication during our rather large project. We had very few concerns, but when we had a question or concern, Matt promptly addressed them. Matt was here almost every day to talk to me and to provide instructions for that day's crew.

Several different work crews were assigned to our project and they were all courteous and hard-working. They cleaned up every day when they were through. Several neighbors remarked on their conscientiousness. One day when I couldn't park in our driveway and had a lot of groceries to bring in, crew members immediately asked me if they could help. I was impressed!

We are also using TRC for grass cutting services going forward.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TRC to anyone!

Matt and his team completely transformed my front yard. When we moved into our house several years ago we knew that the years of neglect in our front yard was above our skill level. We were dealing with years of piled up dirt, leaving our lawn higher than our siding. Standing water and poor drainage were concerns as well. Matt and his team pretty much removed our old yard and installed a new one. They fixed our grading and installed underground drainage solutions. That’s not even mentioning the beautiful hardscaping they did around our foundation. They also removed our old crumbling walkway/stairs and poured new ones. At the end of the project we were left with a brand new front yard.

Communication was great throughout, and the price quoted was very fair. I highly recommend TRC.

TRC did A great job with both Tree selection and installation. I was completely satisfied with Both quality of product and professionalism of service and definitely intend on using Matt and TRC again.
