Took time off work to meet with Matthew for a quote at my home. He was supposed to send me the quote the next day, but never did. I even called and followed up and he never responded. Rude and unprofessional.

Matthew promptly responded to my request for pricing, walking me through the scope of work and pricing carefully. Without me asking, they even brought an arborist to the property to check on the health of my trees to ensure this was addressed in the scope! Great service!

Biz owner came by to look at project. I asked twice if he was interested in submitting a bid. He said he was. Then ghosted me. If this business man is uncomfortable interacting with potential clients in person, he could have sent a quick text, like "Sorry, can't do your job." How many seconds does that take ? Instead, I was waiting for his bid. Also, he was a bit snooty to me.

I had smarter Landscaping do a concrete job for me the job they did was terrible. I would not recommend them to no one. The finish on the concrete was absolutely awful lots of trowel marks and the finish is flaking off. They also damaged the bottom panel on my garage door. Just an awful job to much to list all the crap they did.

Would recommend Smarter Landscaping to anyone looking to make their visions a reality! There is no job too big or small for this company. 100% recommend, work speaks for itself!!

Smarter Landscaping did a great job replacing my railroad tie retaining wall with a stone retaining wall in my backyard. They were easy to work with and very communicative on all aspects of the job from project quote to projection completion. Before and after photos shown. I am very happy with the work they completed and how beautiful my backyard now looks!

Skipped cutting the grass, yet insisted they did. Then when they actually cut the grass, they dumped the trimmings and leaves in my pond.

Looking for a different company.

Walking my dog this morning and your employees threatened me and my dog with a weed whacker into the street where we almost got hit by a car. Unprovoked they just rained the weed whacker u til I went into the street so they could finish edging. If this happens again I won’t be walking away. Now I have to conceal carry in my own neighborhood because of your company
