Set up an appointment to have a technician come out and give me a bid to get my septic system redone. Took off work to get home in time because my appointment was scheduled for April 6, 2023 at 3:30. Was told they would give me a call 30 minutes before they were going to show up. Got a call 40 minutes after with excuses on why they couldn’t show up then asked if I could reach for Monday. I work 12 hour days. I missed out on 4 hours of over time and 1 hour of straight time. Beyond furious. Basically told me sorry about my luck. Totally unprofessional

Queeshawn and Tyler came out to fix our toilet yesterday. They were very polite and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I don't highly recommend a lot of companies buy I do for About Plumbing!

I would recommend About Plumbing to anyone. They gave me same day service on a big job! Donnie and Cody were so polite and knowledgeable. The job ended up with replacing sub floor in one bathroom. Before they even did the work they explained what was needed. I appreciated that so much. They both worked hard and I felt totally comfortable and trusted both of them. They did a fabulous job! I had been so sore from working out, all I wanted was a nice hot bath. To my disappointment, the hot water was not working...it was late at night, and I looked up a plumber close by and found About Plumbing, I messaged them on their website pleading for help. The next morning, I had texts, phone calls, emails, asking me what day they can come by. I asked for Saturday but they don't do weekends but luckily they had someone already working close by and was able to stop by my place after they were done. The gentleman immediately knew what was up and fixed it for a very reasonable price in my opinion. Now I am a happy person, with a nice hot bath. Thank you! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I have used About Plumbing for the last six or seven years for a variety of services. As I said, for six or seven years----that alone speaks for itself---the service has always been dependable and reliable---and I highly recommend them for ANY major or minor plumbing applications.

Just an update---In July of 2022 our 27 year old water heater decided to retire. Picked up the phone---called About Plumbing--and within 24 hours a Bradford White unit was installed and it has performed perfectly over the last year. Again, excellent quality service.

I had a leak in a water heater in which they told me several parts were needed and would cost over 800$. I could buy a new water heater for that. Told them to just fix the leak. They did not and it was worse this was on a Friday so the water problem was all weekend because no one answered my call. Monday they came out to correct their error and tried to charge another 480$. After emailing back to whoever the smarta** person was I will NEVER use them again. BEWARE!

Unlike the first plumber we hired they showed up and on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. We were told that it would take 3-5 hours by the first plumber that didn’t show up, to replace the Pressure regulator valve and a new shut off valve. They had it done in 30 min and at a cheaper rate. Even our dog loved them and she doesn’t like anyone

No call, No show. Had an appt window between 10-11am. Called after 11 to find out why they didnt show up. Got told that tech was running almost an HR late. Gee wiz, maybe some professionalism to call the customer and let them know your running late. I called them back to let them know dont even bother coming. Businesses that dont repect your time dont deserve your money, and in this case they arent getting ours. Look elsewhere!

Was having water pressure issues along with water gurgling in tub after flushing toilet. Jon found two blockages : clog in sewer line and blockage in a 3 way tee. He did a great job assessing the issues and fixing everything! Very affordable as well! Thank you About Plumbing!

Busted main line on my side of meter maybe 5hrs and $2800.00 later job done everything finished done right first time

Had a pipe freeze and break and called them Wednesday afternoon. They had 2 guys come out yesterday and they fixed the issue very quick for us! Overall highly recommend! Even gave us some advice on how we can fix occurring issues. Our house isn't an easy one to get under but they did great!

I had a minisplit installed. I was happy with everything from the initial person who came to bid the job and the men that installed the system. They showed up when expected and left my place spotless. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend them.

Crystal heating and cooling is amazing. There technician (Hayden)came corrected the problem and more. Completely documented everything that was done. Very fair price for sure.
It's in there name Rapid response.
You can't go wrong with them.

We got a whole system Furnace and AC , the installers Mike and Dudley did a great job talked thru what they were going to do and got started and finished up , cleaned up great , went over the system and new thermostat explained well and answered all are questions. Very satisfied

Austin was very knowledgeable and personable. Loved the detailed bid. WIthin one day, all equipment was installed and working properly and work area was totally cleaned up! Would definitely recommend this company!

Called Crystal heating and cooling because I thought i would use a local business. They came out and looked at my furnace and told me I needed a new furnace. So they charged me 200 dollars for nothing I thought I would get a second opinion before replacing the furnace. Had another company come out and they fixed it for 100 dollars didn't need a new furnace a heating element was grounding on metal. You would think if you was going to have a company come out they would check everything but they just wanted to charge me for a new furnace. If you do call them you might want a second opinion because they almost cost me alot of money. Im just glad there are some honest companies out there still.

It was for our rental property, so we were so glad they got to it as fast as they did. We wouldn't want them to be without heat that long
So they did a great job.

Jacob was very in-depth with his diagnostic skills and thorough. He took his time to ensure that there was no stone left uncovered. He went through the unit while showing us exactly what he was looking for throughout the entire process. When dealing with propane, there is always an underlying fear and he assured us that everything was in perfect working order. He gets a 10 out of 10 and he would be the first person we would call back if we have any other trouble in the future.
